What was the need for a disguise & a kidnap?

From the moment, I saw yesterday's episode, I was wondering what was the need for such a disguised appearance by Ragini & stealing that kid from adopted parents?
First of all, that kid was legally adopted by those people, so they will continue to be the legal parents, even if she steal it, in fact, it can end up in Making shomi a kidnapper of own child
Then, if legally moved, shekhar & shomi can easily prove it is their child, & it was declared dead, by birth, so there is no complexity in bringing it back to home as theirown child.

Then, why she did all these drama & made the things so complicated??
There was a straight forward way to make it their own,
Then why she took the 'thedi raasta'?? 😆
Please don't tell me that she is ignorant of such basic laws.. 😆 😆 😉

To prove that why always swara is right. Swara always take right path no shortcut but raging ka rasta hamesha galat aur illogical hota hai so basically she always choose wrong path to blame Swara

Exactly! I don't understand what was the need of disguise & kidnapping the baby, just the same way I don't understand what was the need of faking pregnancy!!!

Ragini never followed Law. She was/is a criminal so I can't expect that she will do something according to the law. Manipulation, cheating, lying all these are like second nature to her. I do feel she wanted all the credit of saving the baby that's why she didn't inform a single soul about the baby.
