May be befor this hospital scene there might be another swasan scene as well

Read the WUs of OLVs... I saw that particular Swasan OLV many times tried to read lips too

Sanskaar said pehle kamre mein chalo not mere kamre mein... Means room mein chalo for dressing her patti again

I think Swara was saying her intention to come to the hospital is catching the nurse, yeh chot mabbe usne jaanbhujke kia hein so that she can come to hospital get her dressing done & uss bahane search that nurse, make her confess... Isliye Sanskaar angry & she asking forgiveness

Abhi hospital mein aise hi todi jaane denge, nobody as patient is there in hospital ke woh pata kare isliye I feel Swara ne khudko chot pahunchaayee
