1)As a character ragini gets bashed the most and actually her character deserves that kind of bashing, it was initially a shy and innocent girl's character which went evil and how. For eg ragini's negative phase, I mean ragini was the lead on the show, how much could have the cvs stretched her negativity, one day or the other she had to become positive because at the end of the day it's swaragini, story of 2 sisters. But when Teju demanded to be positive, the writers were not ready for that track so we end up getting a super fast, chaotic and ridiculous 1 week redemption n marriage track. I mean ragini was stabbed and was shown dancing, it was so illogical to recover her so suddenly. Just to satisfy an actor the cvs became illogical and fast to finish it off because they too were not interested in it since that track was forced on them too.

Though I absolutely detest the name calling I do get the disapproval. No matter how much we love our cousins, aunts, relatives when the occasions are meant for immediate family would we want only the family to get together.
Some occasions, certain limelight, some stage are meant for some people.

Way too childish , impulsive and it lacked common sense. But now after the ml track it has stopped.
Namish faltered in some scenes as actor and was called out for that.
Laksh was criticized for his character's idiocies..
Then both the actor and the character showed tremendous progress. Props to the actor and Cvs for that.SO MY POINT IS THAT THE GIRLS GET BASHED THE MOST. ALTHOUGH I KNOW WHY TEJU GETS BASHED BUT HELLY'S BASHING IS SOMETHING, I MEAN I NEVER GET THE LOGIC BEHIND IT BECAUSE SHE WAS NEVER NEGATIVE, SHE NEVER COMPLAINS PUBLICLY ABOUT HER CHARACTER AND SCREEN SPACE, SHE NEVER WANTED TO QUIT.

What made people think she didnt try to sort out things personally with creative team before coming out in public? Didnt she put down her papers few months back to end everything? How much more she should talk with them personally? They stopped her and after making her positive, they made her side character. But what to do when you feel like you are talking with wall and no one from team taking you seriously? Either they should have let her go OR give her proper focus. Keep quiet and sit like a doormat OR come out in public and talk about your issues. She thought to follow later one. What is wrong in that?
Wasnt she ready to move out of the show just few months back? Daily soap is not fish market or bhindi market where actors can come and exit anytime whenever they want. They have contract of minimum 1 year and after one year they have to give them time to find replacement. Walking out anytime is like inviting penalty. If she was so rich who can afford penalty, then why would she come on set every day to play second fiddle? They made her sign one more year contract promising her something which they always failed to give her.
Recent example of Upasna Singh when colors tried to trap her in a contract is enough to prove this Rangeela is a big cheater. Or Pratyusha Banerjee who left the show legally but they called her in big boss and got her insulted by salman khan to take revenge.
Why didnt they allow her to move out when she was leaving happily? Was there any need to make her positive to stop?
No doubt she was cheated. Not once but twice. She was signed for positive character, they asked her to play negative with promise they would turn her positive in future, they didnt turn her positive till she thought to move out. Second they named the show as swaraginin and made it swa san mandir. Who wouldnt feel cheated? They fetched TRP using her wicked vamp avtaar, but didnt give her chance to meet any celeb and made it look like people are watching this show to see swasan. If couple can fetch TRP, star one would have been number 1 channel. Their desperate attempt to create another Ragini(sometime with Parineeti and sometime with Sahil) clearly says that Ragini was a big spice element in their show which is missing now.
And, this is Rashmi sharma who threw Gia Manek out from no 1 television show at that time over night, would she tolerate tantrum of Tejasvi just for a show whose TRP is 1+ something which is not in top 10? She is quiet means she's in fault.
Girl is quite gusty and no nonsense kind. Looks like No compromise and no unwanted sacrifice with career is her rule. She should be applauded for speaking up. Someone like Rashmi Sharma deserves to know her employee is not getting job satisfaction
Whatever off screen things I have seen, she gets along with everyone. If issue is she's not doormat, then let it be.
