He opened his eyes hearing the sound of drums from his lawn. He got up from bed and slid the curtains of the window. Everyone was enjoying and shouting, putting colors on each other. A smile came on his face seeing his family happy after so long. He decided to join them. He changed to his white kurta pajama and rushed outside. He looked around. Holi is always celebrated grandly on MM. He looked at everyone's face, the smile that was vanished from their face, has now come back. He had spoilt everything, but it's his family who consoled him not to feel guilty. And the whole credit goes to her. She risked everything to save him and his family. She exposed Kavya/Tanya in front of the universe. But wait, where is she? The Garodia family has must be invited. Aren't they coming? Because of him? Does it means, she will also not come? The elders of his family has to go for the society Holi function, May be, she has also gone with her family. He looked around. Seems like the elders already left.
"Lucky!"
His chain of thoughts was broken by Sanskaar's voice. He turned to him and saw him marching towards him with a big grin. He had colours in his hand. Lakshya started moving backward.
"Bhai, no!" he said waving his hands.
"Come on Lakshya, bura na mano holi hai!" Swara joined her husband.
SwaSan followed his as he ran. Suddenly he bumped to someone and fell in the large color tub the person, as he held her for support. The colour water sprinkled everywhere and Lakshya saw the deep, innocent eyes looking at him shocked. A smile came on his lips seeing her. He was lying on his back, while she was on top of him. He steady put the wet strand of her which was blocking his way to examine her beauty fully. He held her by her waist, she kept her hands on his chest.
"Koi baat nahi, Ragini, come on.!" Swara asked her to come out realizing, everyone was looking at RagLak only.
Ragini struggled to get up. But she again fell on Lakshya causing her neck to touch his lips. A current ran through her body. She stood up in a rush and stood beside Swara. Lakshya too got up and saw Sanskaar looking at him folding his arms near his chest.
"What?" Lakshya asked.
Sanskaar shook his head on him.
After a While
Sanskaar felt something on his back. He turned as saw laksh hugging him from back.
"Lucky, are you ok?"
"Ragini!!!" he kissed Sanskaar's cheek twice.
"Lucky, behave yourself! I am Sanskaar, not Ragini!" he glared.
He rubbed his eyes... he was really Sanskaar. He looked around, all the faces he could see were of Ragini.
"Tune Bhaang pi na?" Sanskaar said.
Lakshya nodded his head negatively.
"Tu...!"
Sanskaar jus started when Lakshya ran away. He stood up on a table.
"Suno Suno Suno!"
Everyone shouted and applauded hearing him.
"Aaj, main aap sabse maafi maangna chahta hun. Aur khas kar, Ragini se.. Ragini, I am Sorry. I am really sorry. Whatever I did with you was a sin! But I really, really apologize. Please mujhe maaf kar do.!"
Ragini came from the crowd with tears which were yet to be come out. She urged laksh to come down.
"Lakshya, Please get down!" she requested.
"Tum Ragini ho?" he asked trying to clear her blurry image.
"haan. Main Ragini Hoo!" she replied.
"Tum, Meri Ragini ho?"
Ragini was in a mixed emotion. It was great to be called "Meri Ragini" from him.
"Haan Lakshya, Main aapki Ragini Hoon!" she accepted.
He smiled and climbed down the table. She took him to his room after signaling SwaSan about his condition. They just nodded. Lakshya's hand was around Ragini's shoulder and he was blabbing all time.
"Ragini, you have no idea, how much I miss you. I really, really miss you a lot! You know, even I don't think I can leave without her. I..."
Till then they had reached to his bed and she made him lay down. She turned and he held her hand.
"Mat jao na.." he said like a kid.
She sat beside him, caressing his hair. But he sat on bed in front of her. She just looked at him.
"I love u Ragini! Main tumhare bina nahi reh sakta. I love u more than my life" at last he confessed,
He is drunk!
Ragini thought. But everyone says truth when drunk.
She just gave a fade smile and put her hand on his cheek.
"Ragini, Main tumko kissiee karun?" he said innocently.
" wo kya hota hai?" Ragini asked.
Laksh puts his finger on his lips then on hers. Ragini looks down. Before she could reply anything, she felt Laksh's hand on her cheek. She looks at him. His intense look burnt her skin. She saw him coming closer. Ragini couldn't understand what to do and closes her eyes. Lakshya to closes his eyes and touches her forehead with his lips and presses it slowly on her forehead. Ragini opens her eyes and looks at hi, finding an honest and loyal gaze in his eyes. Lakshya again moves closer. Their lips are so close to each other. Her lips were shivering. He slowly moves her thumb in her fingers and she feels current in her whole body. He pressed her lips in his and she too responded back. Ragini moved her fingers in his back hair. He holds her slim waist. Lakshya stretched him self on bed so that Ragini comes on top of him. They didn't break the kiss until Ragini felt uneasy and couldn't breathe properly. Lakshya lay beside her in opening arm and Ragini is blushing hard. She slowly keeps her head on his chest and he curdles her in his arm.
"Thank you Ragini!" Lakshya spoke after an awkward silence.
"For the Kiss?" Ragini smirked teasing mischievously.
"Yes!" Lakshya chuckled. "For the kiss and for coming in my life. Thanks for being there for me, always!"
He kissed her fore head.
" I am always with you".
She kissed on his cheek.
" khushi me bhi aur gham me bhi!"
And it was a new start of their life. This holi brought true colors in their life. It was the start of a new journey. Journey of Ragini and Lakshya. Journey the two as RagYa/RagLak.
