My theory -

She seems to have targeted Sujata.

Targeting Sujata will cause the conflict between Lakshya and Sanskaar. If Sanskaar decides to go, so will Swara and slowly the rest will follow.

But Kavya does not know that it is not that easy to get Sanskaar out, as she is dealing with a strong bond Swara-Sanskaar.

Rest CV's ki jai ho... lets see what they show.
