well these are the 5 twists that may happen in SR according to my imagination...

1. AFTER KAVITA'S COMEBACK I THINK SHUMI'S EX-HUSBAND WILL ALSO COME...

2. memory loss...which already took place but still!!!

3.UTTARA WEDDING...N OF COURSE THERE IS NO WEDDING WITHOUT DRAMA...

4. baby exchange...ragini's miscarriage...swara sacrifices her baby n gives it to ragini..history repeats...as in pavitra rishta n diya aur bati humm...

5.SHEKHAR DEATH...N DADI BLAMING SWARA...

so these are the twists i think...if u get some more ideas, i will edit it , but will give the credit to u!!!
