its kavya who hits ragini under supervision of lakshya...its a plan made by both...lakshya needs to be on the mandap...if he vanish half way...his family and swasan will suspect thus he made a plan and kavya execute it...

if by chance she gets pregnant...she can opt for abortion or if she wants the baby...she can become a single mother like her mother(shomi) and upbring her baby by her own w/o Maheshwari or looser's name...infact she can go to the looser and ask him to sign a legal document which states she is depriving all father's rights from Mr Lakshya Maheshwari...the baby will no more associate with the name of Maheshwari...the baby name will be associate with Gadodia...she should put strict rules and conditions that Mr Lakshya Maheshwari has no rights to see the baby...he should be 50m away from the baby...if he seen anywhere near the baby...he will be jailed...
