Awesome os.
For a while reading the story I was confused. The story begins with swara and sanskar.
Then so many other names, but these stories have some similarities.
But in the end of the os I got my answer.
It was really nice concept, really loved it.
But it is your first os,
You are blessed by God.
Wishing all the best for your next story.
Thank you so much for giving such a beautiful os

Dear Akshata🤗

It was great to wake up to your comment - glad you liked it - I really was not sure if the stories would fit - so your comments made it truly worthwhile.😊

Dear Zainab, ( right?)

Thank you for you comments😊

And yes it is indeed my first OS😛 ( I've written a series of letters from 'Swara to Sanskaar' which though tagged as OS are actually not😉) . Glad you liked it

So many wonderful stories packed into one. I already read it three times, to decide whom i like the most😆. But each story had it own uniqueness and Spark that i like all of them . But after much contemplation i decided my favourite was Aakrand-Archini and Kiyoshi and Sayuri . I cant Believe this is your first OS. It was really beautiful do write more . 👏 .

Thank you - Nita (I am taking the liberty of presuming that is your name from you UN - do correct me if I am wrong)- So you liked Aakrand - Archini / Kiyoshi & Siyuri - great to know that - actually I first thought to write a longish story only on Aakrand - Archini - but the world I set them in (with magic and swords fights and all the accompanying tales) I was not too sure if I could pull it off. Which is why I condensed it to see if the idea would 'float'. Thrilled to know that you liked it.

Nyna

PS - you read it three times - I am in heaven🤪

Fascinating read, Nyna. Will want to re read to greedily soak in the layered characters & portrayals you've put in. 🤗

Will un-res tomo from my lappie, hate typing from android (almost as much as I hate the resurrected Kavita track, so you can imagine!) 😆

So moving, so powerful, Nyna my dear. The concept of a love spanning time, even space---the concept of 2 souls somehow linked together for all eternity, is such a lovely one. Your piece was so evocative, so poetic almost, it reminded me of several gems I am very fond of:

Rabindranath Tagore's absolute gem of a poem "Unending Love";

Rumi's quote ""
When you seek love with all your heart, you shall find it's echoes across the universe"" ;

Paulo Coelho's quote from the Alchemist: "" And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.""

The opening title of the film Prince of Persia 😉 "" It is said some lives are linked across time. Connected by an ancient calling that echoes through the ages. Destiny.""

😊 I really loved this, I re read it 3 times, to soak in the different tales, the different characters. And indeed, as Sanskaar said, it was wonderful to imagine that the two of them had journeyed across the ages, through different worlds, to be able to finally belong to each other. Twists of fate had ensured that their love remained unrequited in their previous lives; or even if requited, had remained unfulfilled, impermanent. Truly, it was such a benediction that these two long suffering souls, yearning for each other, had found togetherness at last...

My favorite out of the characters, were Aakrand and Archini; and Tarrin and Sidra. The tale of Tarrin & Sidra reminded me, though tangentially in terms of the theme---enchantment with space---of the film, Gattaca. Have you seen it?

There is a lovely line there, which goes: ""
Of course, they say every atom in our bodies was once part of a star. Maybe I'm not leaving... maybe I'm going home.""

😊 As you can see, I have magpie like tendencies in terms of remembering and filing away quotes and dialogues, which really touch me in some way. Thanks for this very profound piece of work, which made me recall so many cherished memories.

Loved it, my dear. Please do write more, I loved the way your imagination literally spanned so many worlds, time frames and characters.

Dear Viji,

Your comments - I am over the moon (there should be an emoticon for this - I would have used it around a dozen of those).🤪🤪🤪

@ bold above - that quote from the alchemist - my all time favourite (as is the book - every time I read it, I find it magical)

Remember the cosmic connection between them that the serial loves to portray - that got me thinking, these two must be 'old' souls, that must have traveled together, so just started off - first with Aakrand and Archini only (but then the world of spells, magic and all the other necessary accompaniments to such a world was turning out to be enormous - and I was sure I could not pull it off - hence condensed the same). So am really, really pleased that you liked it.

Tarrin and Sidra - that simply reflects my love for Space fantasy😊 (actually I love the Science Fantasy Fiction genre😉)

Regards the quotes- I understand - I have diaries of quotes, which now I am slowly converting to word documents / pinterest boards - so please quote away 😊

I did watch the film Gattaca - but do not remember the quote - truly a beautiful one (loved the film too - I feel it shows that in spite of all the technological advances we make - it is the unfailing human spirit which is the true victor).

Love,
Nyna

And you have read it three times - Gosh - nothing to say (I am speechless and humbled - thank you)
