I know the topic of divorce was discussed before. But with this weeks story line, just pinning my thoughts about the difference.
First, to start with Annapurnaji's dialogue, just after Ragini electrocuting herself. She tells Sanskaar that, Swara-Sanskaar and Ragini-Lakshya both have 6 months to decide. Where did this 6 months come from as the divorce papers were not signed (Laskhya signed but not Ragini, and Swara-Sanskaar never signed then), and therefore never submitted in court.
Ragini-Lakshya -
Lakshya deceived Ragini is signing the divorce papers. The papers are not submitted in court and till the proceedings begin, Lakshya is showing Ragini everything is normal.
What I don't get is even if the proceedings do begin; it does not mean the divorce is granted (atleast in real life). The court can order a trial period or counseling depending on how the parties plead. Say there is a trial period, after the trial period Lakshya-Ragini may decide not to go ahead with the divorce (this decision may come after Ragini's redemption during that period)
Swara-Sanskaar -
Their papers are also submitted in court. What about their proceedings? Don't they get one? Before or during the proceeding, they can always withdraw the petition, which means they still are legally married.
If it is taking time for Lakshya-Ragini's divorce procedures, then how come Swara-Sanskaar's was a fast track? (this happens in reel only)
But hope the cv's show something real.
Swara-Sanskaar are not divorced, and, are remarrying, as we know with the elders blessing though they are still legally married.
