1st reason that makes me think it's Kavita

So what better way than to show that she was right all along to question Kavita how she could so easily let go of her pehla pyaar. See we have seen how Kavita was before she did the whole sacrificing drama (assuming that if she is evil then it was drama) so it would be consistent with her character as well. Ragini could come back from the other side when she would be the one who would be the first to figure it out since she understands how difficult it is for a girl to just walk away as Kavita did. SwaRagini back in action!

2nd is as I already pointed out - Kavita's character itself

This is the same girl who was deaf to Sanskaar's cries for Swara and blind to Sanskaar and Swara's obvious love for each other. One Mandir scene suddenly making her realize their love is a little fishy. I really did want the CVs to let her character remain a good memory for everyone. But sautans on TV and being good has never happened and even if we are getting something that is so uncharacteristic of a RS show this is TRP gold and I don't think they would want to loose that :P

I'm actually kind of ..scratch that very very glad that it is Swara's life in danger than Raginis .

Chances of SwASan marriage are more that way. Besides we'll get to see so many SwaSanilicious scene where Sanskaar is all caring and I'm sure he's not going to let her out of his sight!

For me laksh and kavita, both are working together. Laksh with the added mission of implicating Rasgini in this mess. She had anyways tried to murder her sister twice. And why Laksh because it is Swara who is being injured and Sanskaar. had it been Sanskaar, everyone would have suspected laksh but not this time.
