That means that Swara had to convince Kavita to come and give testimony. Then there was a segment where Kavita was showing sanskar money that she got because an fd had matured. I'm sure that the fd didn't just mature in one day. If it matured before then Kaveri would have taken the money for herself. Common a women that can watch her own daughter covered in blood and still choose money will not leave an fd. Plus which mother would watch her own daughter die and instead of helping her who would try framing others. I feel as if Swara had to give money to Kavita so she would come and testify.


There is also a chance that this Kavita is an imposter because according the sanskar's flashbacks Kavita died in his arms
