Laksh is the kidnapper. The wrist with mouli tied is clearly laksh's. He has seen the trust SwaSan has for each other their unbreakable friendship. He has seen how swara listens to Sanskaar and importantly he knows about Sanskaar's love for swara. He wants to break their relation their trust for each other. First making family doubt on swara through ragini's words that swara kidnapped her and then making swara doubt on Sanskaar with that shawl he is trying to rift SwaSan apart.
Remember Tejaswi's interview where she said she doesn't fear about slaps and something big should happen to get her straight. And this is it. When she gets to know that the person she loves the most for whom she had tried to kill her sister kidnapped her mother lied every time to everyone had did this to her kidnapped her and doesn't bother a bit about her ragini will realize all that she has done and hopefully puts an end to her plotting planning and lies.
