I feel the new Villain has to be Kavita's Father Brother or Sister.

it can be swara's step father coz he don't like swara or some common enemy of both d families.

Exactly even me felt same... Even Uttara is back all of sudden so the guy might be her BF & Kavi's bro... Either Ragz is also involved with him in this kidnapping or else this 4th person planned to kidnap Uttara or Swara but instead kidnapped Ragz!

It's either lakshya or a new villain. Why would cv's want to show ragini getting herself kidnapped yet again because viewers would know that it's her as part of her plan.
