Sa:(looking sharp into her eyes) You sort of kissed me..!!
Swara knew this was coming, but still her face turned red in embarrassment, hearing it straight from him.
Sw: Ohhh no..! (clasping her head)
Her eyes were tearful, when she looked at him again. Sanskaar's face was pale now, he didn't know how to pacify her. And then she started to weep.
Sw: But then why didn't you stop me..! You could have just stopped me, or pushed me away, Sanskaar..!(sobs bitterly)
Sanskaar felt really guilty now, he knew he was responsible for her plight. He knelt down beside her and tried to hold her shoulders.
Sa: (genuine tone)Look I am sorry Swara..I had thought that you kissed me because you loved me..(softly) And when you kissed me, then I came to know about my feelings for you..I realized at that moment Swara, that I love you too..I mean I love you, Swara..
Swara couldn't believe what she was hearing. She stopped crying and looked into his sincere eyes. They were full of love and painful guilt.
Sw:(slowly) I..I can't believe it..
But still, she kept looking into his eyes, with her gentle gaze. Without thinking, Sanskaar cupped her face with his palms and he tried to explain his feelings to her.
Sa: Swara..Please, I am telling the truth..I love you..
A warm feeling seemed to course through his palms into her cheeks, and Swara felt a strange feeling of security permeating from him. But she chose to avoid it. Gently, she separated her cheeks from his hold, she was now holding his wrists.
Sw: But why, Sanskaar..I could never be your type of girl..I mean you pride yourself to be of the "cool" type..And I am not like you..!
She looked into his eyes and he could see the innocence radiating from her eyes. Sanskaar smiled and replied.
Sa: Still, I love you..
She didn't know why hear heart was rejoicing with joy, after hearing his words. It was as if she was waiting to hear them from him all along. She knew his feelings were real, from the moment he had accused her of playing some prank upon him, while they were at the lake side.
She realized that all their earlier fights and fierce rows between them were to mask her original feelings for him, her feelings of envy and admiration towards his fun loving and free spirited character. The simple fact was that she always craved for his attention, subconsciously. But she had always tried to suppress those feelings, making her believe that he was not her type, after all.

But Sanskaar began to feel odd due to her silence.
Sa: (gently) Swara..Won't you say anything..?
She gently raised her hand and caressed his cheek softly.
Sw: (softly) Sanskaar... (smiles happily) I don't know, what to say..But can we be just friends, I mean I would like to know more about you, before getting into a relationship.
Sanskaar's joy knew no bounds. She was ready to spend time with him.
Sa: Of course, Swara..Why not..?
He smiled widely and stood up.
Sa: Let us go down and have lunch, now..
Sw: Ok..(smiles and gets up from the chair)
Together, they walked out of the portrait hole and walked along the numerous corridors and climbed down the various staircases.
As they were walking down the marble staircase together, Jamie's Ravenclaw girlfriend, Martina saw them. She was shocked when she noticed them talking happily with each other as they walked past her, towards the door leading to the Great Hall. Jamie came out of the same door after his lunch just then, and Sanskaar waved at him, happily. Jamie smiled at them, and showed a thumps-up sign, feeling happy for his friend. After that Jamie came towards Martina who was waiting for him.
Ma: (angrily)Hey Jamie..Why is Sanskaar roaming around with that "Miss.Know it all" Swara Bose.
Ja:( laughs) It's a long story, Marty..
Ma: Tell me..
Ja: Remember that potion, which you gave us saying that it was a Hair Raising Potion..
Ma: Yes..But it never worked, right..!(disappointedly)
Ja: But It worked..!
Ma: What..?
Ja: (grins stupidly) Only that it was a love potion..!
Ma: But Ragini had labeled it as a Hair Raising Potion, Jamie..?
Lakshya's ex-girlfriend, Catherine Flint was passing by, and she stopped short at the mention of the words, "Love Potion" and "Ragini".
Ja: She wouldn't want anyone else to use it, would she..?
Ma: (clasps her head) Oh.. so now I know..that potion was meant for that Lakshya Singhania..That is how she had got him as her boyfriend.( grins) This is interesting, man..!
Interesting or not, this news definitely bothered Catherine. She walked towards the entrance to the dungeons which led to their common room and climbed down the steps. After walking along a set of passages, she paused in front of a bare, damp stone wall.
"Emerald", said Catherine, which was the new password required to enter their common room. A stone door concealed in the wall slid open.
The Slytherin house common room was a dungeon-like room with rough stone walls. Greenish lamps hung from the ceiling and there were high-backed chairs around the room. This dungeon extended partway under the lake, giving the light in the room a green tinge. It had quite a grand atmosphere, but also quite a cold one. It was decorated with tapestries featuring the adventures of famous Medieval Slytherins, and a fire was crackling under an elaborately carved mantelpiece.
She walked inside and broke into tears. She had been fighting back her tears all the way, but now she just couldn't hold them any longer.
Just then another Slytherin girl named Deborah came into the common room from outside. She had been following Catherine from the Entrance Hall, and she noticed that Catherine was crying.
De: (tensed) Cathy..I know what you are upset about..! Lakshya, right..!
Catherine didn't bother to wipe her tears and she nodded.
Deborah went towards her friend and put her arms around her shoulders.
De: (sadly) It's ok..Please don't cry..!
Catherine nodded again and stopped crying. Her face was set with firm determination.
Ca: (stern voice) He is under the influence of Love potion..! He is not really himself, Debby.
De: (shocked) Really..How do you know..?!
Ca: I overheard Martina, she is that Gadodia girl's roommate.
De: Now..this is simply great..!(wide smile)
Catherine was surprised and she looked at Deborah with a frown.
Ca: WHAT..?!!
De: (giggles) You won't believe it, my dear..! I have antidote for Love Potion, with me..!
Ca: (grins excitedly) Are you serious...(clasps her mouth with both palms, then says) I can't believe it..But how..!
De: Long story..! But that is not the point..We must think about how to give it to Lakshya..!(winks)

Meanwhile, Lakshya was roaming around the sunlit grounds with Ragini. Ragini sat down by the lake side, and put their feet inside the cool water. Ragini snaked her arm around his arm and leant on to his shoulder. Lakshya gazed at her head and he caressed along her long and dark tresses.
Ra: (softly)Lakshya, please promise me that you will never leave me..!
La: (hurt face)Never, Ragini..I can't even dream about it, sweet heart..
Ragini tilted her head towards him and kissed his shoulder.
Ra: I love you, Lakshya..
La: I love you too..
He kissed on top of her head.

Later when Lakshya reached the Slytherin common room in the evening, Catherine and Deborah approached him with pleasant smiles.
Ca: Lucky, would you love to have some, cherry syrup soda ..?
Lakshya cast a wary look at the goblets in their hands. But then, he took one from Catherine's hand.
La: Thanks Catherine..but..
De: Come and join us over here..We have got loads of stuff from Hogsmeade..
They led him towards a table laden with drinks and refreshments and he sat down on a chair. They watched him, have the drink fully. For a moment, he beamed at them. Very slowly, his grin vanished, and was replaced by an expression of utmost horror. Then he collapsed into the chair, looking devastated.
De: (whispers) Cathy, it's the effect of the antidote, he is now suffering from the pangs of disappointed love. Go and offer him some solace..
Deborah got up and walked away, winking pointedly at her. Catherine smiled at Deborah and nodded. Then she moved towards Lakshya, and kissed him on his cheek. Lakshya looked at her vulnerably.
Ca: Lucky, my sweetheart..!
La: Cathy..(relieved look)
"Back to Cathy, now", thought Catherine excitedly.

Chechi loved this part. Small swasan moments. So she didn't deny his proposal. And ragini n laksh spending their moments. His gf came to knw abt tat love potion which ragini is giving to laksh. And she felt bad for him. Her friend came n told her the solution antidote for tat potion which he ll become normal again. Loved it sis

Swasan part was lil and cool.. loved swara here.. oh my sanskar was so so happy towards swara.. jamie s such a swt friend. loved him too.. coming to catherine, I really feel sorry towards her. . anyways she came to know abt the reality... And lakshya poor one.. So knw he s free frm the poiton effect.. how wll he react?! he shud selct catherine..

Naina! Today is my day to comment on your writing it seems! I wrote on your new one and so wanted to ask when you will update this but did not, so when I saw this I was super happy!

Awww- SwaSan mature convo! Teenage SwaSan way more sensibly shown (well swara as Sanskaar is sensible anyway) than in the show we have to tolerate!

Ohhh no- poor Ragini- I see what is coming for her and I already feel bad! Eagerly waiting for next morsel!
