I am actually waiting for the day when Lux comes begging for a chance & whether Swara accepts him back. Second chance does not & should not always mean 'being together' She could forgive the guy & still refuse to be with him. Her mother has to go through so much humiliation for her Louuu but still Swara wants to give second chance to that man so we really cannot be sure with her :/ Shomi should've told her that it's not always necessery to forgive & forget. Hopefully Swara will be smart enough to know Sanskaar is the one, worth it!

What do you think abt the watch & Lux saving Shomi & spotting the watch? Will Lux ji's brains finally get into functioning mode again? Before or After SwaSan marriage?

I wanted to add that speaking of second chances, didn't Sanskaar ask for one this morning? He was giving her those looks throughout her speech at the dining table. Swara needs to consider:

1. That Sanskaar apologized and asked for another chance to be friends again, shouldn't she give him that?
2. That she advised Parineeta that staying apart is not the solution and problems must be tackled by coming together - why doesn't she do this with Sanksaar? Why doesn't she discuss their current issue/confession drama and find a solution for it? It is clear she is disturbed by it too

I felt she was also giving Sanskaar indirect hints that whether to forgive or not is her prerogative and that she needs time to consider things. Perhaps it was also an indication that he shouldn't push her or try to keep confronting her at the moment and give her space. I bet Sanskaar got this message loud and clear.

In this instance though she is wrongly labeling his love as betrayal and I totally agree with Sanskaar here that she's insulting his feelings, which is so unlike Swara. He is willing to put everything aside and try to be friends again! That scene was really cute, it's like when friends fight and one friend wants to make up and say let's be friends again. I hope Swara will soon play along!

Was it my imagination or did her words have an impact on Lakshya too? For once he was really into what she was explaining and I wonder if this is slowly setting the stage for him realizing once again why he loved her in the first place. You're right, this second chance vs. self-respect track would be quite interesting to watch. But second chance and forgiveness aren't necessarily the same. She may forgive Lakshya and give him a second chance, but as what? A friend or a lost love? I don't know if her self-respect will allow her to even consider him as a friend again, never mind love. He would have to perform a major miracle of sorts to deserve such consideration.

Speaking of Sujata, she justified her prejudices but by the end she still sounded like she was desperately trying to hold on to her stubborn stance of not having a Bengali bahu. 😆

Totally agree dear . Today i didn't like swara's behavior a bit . What did sanskar do other than say i love you 😕 . He didn't ask her to love him back like a love sick fool did he. Like he said you should not insult his feeling that too why may be coz of the remains of pehala pyar🤢 🤢. Swara if you have a bit brain wash it off with a good lux soap and let your psycho sister have . Here her mantra of oh meri behan hai might come to her rescue as she might still dont want to hurt her lovely sister and so wont take back lakshy.even if he comes gift wrapped .

Also they are trying to show that shekar still loves mishty 🤢🤢🤢🤢 by running for her when she falls 😲😲. well i dont think anybody needs a love like that and please go away 😡😡😡 they are better of with out you

I say this as on one hand you listen to what she says about self respect and can have no doubt that she will never go back to lax Luxji (which I personally don't think she will) but they cleverly feed in the lines about being given a second chance and then leaving the decision of whether or not to forgive on the all powerful Devis 😆. A hint that when Lakshya repents, Swara will feel obliged to offer him a second chance? I think mileage will be got out of this track in the future even if (and I'm pretty sure of this myself) in the end after much soul searching, she will then admit love for Sanskaar.

Coming to double standards, lots of instances:

1. Swara herself- she's still wilfully blind to the fact that her mother's relationship is a total sham on this very basis and each day her mum puts up with a thousand cuts to her self respect, it makes a mockery of singing about its importance (I'm not bashing Swara but am being fair in my assessment of her reasoning or lack of);

2. Sujata- you are at least honest enough to admit you have double standards so I let you off for that bit but seriously woman- get over your stupid prejudices. You have a bengali bahu in your kismet like it or not 😆;

3. Lux- seriously each time I want to try and find something positive in what has been made of this character- I fail miserably. How can he say about Swara that he can't watch her get married to someone else as due to that "woh meri nazaron mein girr jayegi"!! I mean- seriously?! Pot, kettle anyone? Swara should have a new theme song- "Main karoon toh saala character dheela hai"!!

4. Ragini- I don't want to enumerate here as double standards for her are only the tip of the iceberg so what's the point.

In addition, I know they need to create drama and pressure for the wedding but seriously, who plans a wedding in a day and when the bride's mother is so sick (which was good enough reason to postpone RagYa's engagement previously), the solution tomorrow will be that they bring Shomi to her daughter's would be sasural but at no cost can this wedding be postponed?!😕

I'm sure there's more spotted so do chip in!!

PS: Not discussing the yummylicious SwaSan scene as its off topic but if anyone has any doubt there's a major SwaSan track coming up, we probably weren't watching the same show! 😃

Shruti 🤗 I loved your post. It's so true. Even I was like really what is then you and your mom doing? I agree Ragini has played her game well. But instead of staying with Shekhar, Sharmishtha should have waited for him to at least realize his mistake first.

Even when Swara said to Parineeta, that they should talk and then find a solution for their problems. I was like then why are you ignoring Sanskaar so much. He was your friend. Can't you just respect his feelings and be a friend to him. You can't keep shouting at Sanskaar always for loving you. At least he has the guts to admit his feelings. He is not asking you to accept him, he just wants his friend back.

Sujata is amazing, so chalta hai. We will miss her if she stops her Bangali Bahu Alap.

I felt bad for Lakshya actually, how can you expect Swara to live her life alone because you think she never wanted to marry you. You can move on in your life, get married to anyone you like; but no she should always wait for you to come back or live her life alone.

I don't think there is anything left for SwaLak now, because everything has a limit.

I don't feel bad for Lux. Shekhar and him invoke serious anger in me so all i feel like doing is bashing their heads together - hadd hoti hai stupidity ki and yes if there any remote possibility of SwaLak I would quit watching there and then.
