Her vamping has made it possible for Swara-Sanskaar to start off as married-couple promptly.
whereas if she had not been temporarily vamped, then that would have taken weeks and months.

It would have cost the series in mass-viewership and perhaps therefore in budget. Unnecessary, and thence very prudently and sensibly avoided.

Swara's scenes alone seem to be to emphasize that she won't break Ragini's relationship or to have it hammered in that Sanskaar applied sindoor to her.

I'm praying they have her dress in regular-style or Marwadi-style sari after marriage.
That they please avoid the fixation of trying to showcase Bengali culture by having Swara (unintentionally) disrespect her sasuraal's traditions in her clothes-style.

Otherwise, Ragini will be gifted the slot of premier female character in the series - as vamp now and also as restored female-lead in a few weeks.
