I was disappointed with the latest spoiler , but when I analysed the situation , I think there are three possibilities of this track
1.Laksh is included in the Kidnap plan as he decide to give one last chance to Sanskaar to prove Ragini's bad deeds,but Swara will not be included in this plan.
2. Sanskaar kidnapped Laksh but beating Laksh part was actually a pretence, he will not hurt Laksh in real.
3.Sanskaar and Swara planned the Kidnap drama ,but in the presence of Ragini Swara will pretend that she is against Sanskaar's action ( this is unlikely to happen as Swara is insanely good to be a part of criminal activities)

I think second one has the highest possibility of coming true. First prediction is mostly unlikely but you never know & the third one is basically impossible 😆

Hopefully it's all in favour of SwaSan :D

Considering swara's saintliness and Laksh's brainless behavior the second one is likely to happen , but we never know , if the CV's want to redeem Laksh's character this track is the best one.

To me 2nd optn is more convincing. ..

As we all knw sanky has done dis b4 also wen he kidnapped ragini nd shwd d video to swalak nd askd dem to kiss...

Der is nthng nw 4 sanskaar in dis

I see most ppl r nt liking dis plot bt I feel it s gud..

As sanskaar is neither a predictable character nor he is insanely good as swara...

He is nw frustrated, seeing ppl accusing swara nd nt blvng her..

Aftr all he lost his 1st love...he suffered a lot nd nw wen he luvs swara, he won't let any1 harm her physically or mentally. .

We witnessed his anger nd his aggression b4 also...which shws he is madly nd hopelessly in luv with swara...bt il nvr force her

Dis tym he is trying his own ways to make ragini confess her deeds..

Nd we all knw hw gud plannes he is...

So it is f9...

It is ok if any1 disagrees. .jst my pov

I am actually thinking Point 3 is what is happening... Well it's my guess, so could be wrong too... But I would prefer it to Swara being kept in the dark and swasan fighting again... I guess Swara is too furious after hearing Ragz dirct taunt about separating her parents and so she might side with Sanz this time in his not so straight ways...
