Their positive females - and usually even the negative females - are almost always dressed mass-appreciably.
The tracks are never feminist or trying to do something 'different', or concerned with making cosmopolitan opinion happy.
Swaragini has finally started on that path after finalizing SwaSan. :))

Now the only major hiccup we need to worry about is the serial's unfortunate fixation for having our female-lead wear her naani's style of saris or any other mass-unappreciable options, rather than one of the the only two mass-appreciable options we have - regular-style sari or sasuraal-style sari.

We need SwaSan marriage to happen fully fast, and after that the fright is going to be if they sacrifice Swara for showcasing Bengali culture, and have her parade in Bengali-style clothes in Marwadi sasuraal. It would be okay if she were supporting-character, but not as female-lead. :((
