here's the first part

PART - 1

Everyone was accusingly looking at Swara , and Sujata was charmed to see HER BAHU , the same BANGALAN on whom she used to throw all kinds of sarcastic and poisonous taunts and whom she cursed every day and night for snatching her only and dearest son from her and his family and now that very family is not supporting her dear son but that same BANGALAN CHHORI !!

A lone tear escaped from Sujata's eye out of guilt and affection towards Swara , and she smiled . A bit of relief ran through her nerves. Minutes back she was feeling so helpless to see her son firstly being accused for that low standard and ghatiya thing which he had not done at all , then being slapped by his bare papa which almost tore Sujata's heart into million pieces .

She was crying and screaming for help but nobody stood by her and Sanakar's side and cried her heart out seeing Sanskar protesting and crying to everyone that Ragini is lying and he is innocent , he had not done anything like that . Sanskar even went to his bari maa , held her hand and said ,"Bari maa , aap toh jaanti hai na ki mai aisa nahi kr skta ?...aapka SANSKAR aisa kabi nahi kr skta ?...boliye na bari maa sbko ki maine ye sb nahi kiya hai please ...", but nobody believed him as all evidence were against him , his bracelet was found in the kitchen where Ragini got so called attacked !!

Then he turned towards Swara and asked her in a calm voice ,

"Tum chup kyon ho Swara ?...tum toh jaanti ho na ki ye sb jhooth hai ? ki maine ye sb nahi kiya ?" he was looking at her for support and she was looking down and then came furious Laksh to give a tight slap to Sanskar . At this Sujata was going to break down when she was relieved to see Swara protecting her son .

Swara then turned towards everyone ,

Swara: "Aap sb log Sanskar ko galat smjh rhe hain , vo aisi giri hui harkat kabi nai krega aur na hi kr skta hai".

Laksh: "Bass bhi kro Swara aur kitna jhooth bologe tumlog ...mai jaanta hoon...mai kya yahan sb jaante hain ki Sanskar badla lena chahta hai aur tum uska saath de rhi ho kyonki tum sbse bari dhokhebaaz aur jhoothi larki ho !"

He was very irritated and angry on seeing Swara supporting Sanskar .

On hearing this Sanskar tightened his fist in anger , and Swara saw this so she quickly replied before Sanskar could do anything.

Swara: "Haan Laksh , mai maanti hoon ki Sanskar yahan badla lene aya tha par mai uska saath isiliye de rhi hoon kyonki mai jaanti hoon Sanskar sahi hai aur pehele jaisa nahi rha ab .

(to DP), bare papa aapko toh pata hai na ki Sanskar ne ye sb kch nahi kiya hai..."

She didn't even complete her sentence when she was interrupted by her father entering with anger.

Shekher: "SANSKAR !!! tmhari himmat kaise hui meri beti ko haath lagane ki ...mai tmhe jaan se maar daalunga !!"

Shouting this Shekher moved towards Sanskar to beat him up when Swara came in between them .

Shekher (angrily): "Swara mere raaste se hatt jao aaj mai ise nai chhorunga ...khatam kr dunga aaj ise !!"

On hearing this Sujata got very scared , her heart started pounding rapidly and she secretly prayed for Swara to do something .

Swara: "Nahi baba ...aap Sanskar ko kch nahi krnge...kyonki Sanskar ne kch nahi kiya hai bilkul bhi nahi !"

Shekher: "Hatt jao Swara maine kaha isi vakt hatto !!"

Saying this he pushed Swara aside and leaned forward to beat Sanskar . Sanskar tried his best to protect himself and Swara and Sujata were screaming "NO !" when Laksh stopped Shekher .

Laksh : "Nahi papa ruk jaiye !...hum sb deal kr rhe hain isse ...aapko ise peetne ki koi zaroorat nahi ...khamakha tamasha badhega .

Sanskar ko toh saza mil k hi rhega ...uski chinta aap matt kijiye !"

Shekher then stops but eyed to Sanskar as if he would kill that very moment !

Dadi comes and starts consoling frightened Ragini , and Sharmishtha too enters the house .

Dadi: "Arre khare - khare mooh k dekh rhe ho sb ...koi police ko bulao maarhi laado k saath aisa krne vale ko toh police k havale kr dena chahiye ".

Sujata: "Nahi..." and starts crying.

Swara: "Bare papa mai jaanti hoon Sanskar ne kch nahi kiya hai aur mai ye saabit kr k rahungi ...ki Sanskar...bekasur hai ! kyonki sirf ek BRACELET se kch bhi saabit nahi ho jata ki vo Sanskar hi tha " saying this she eyed Ragini and Ragini got even more tensed .

Sujata felt blessed at that moment to have Swara as her BAHU and thought that the goddess herself have come in Swara's form to save her son (typical mother lol ! )

Swara: "Bass mujhe ek mauka de dijiye ".

DP: "Thik hai Swara "

Everyone was shocked ! specially our naagin , the one and only Ragini , and Sujata was delighted to hear that

Shekher: "Aap aisa kaise kr skte hain Durga Prasad ji ..." but he was cut by DP.

DP: "Meri baat abhi khatam nahi hui hai ...

(to Swara) Swara ...maine tmhe ek mauka diya hai...lekin tmhare paas sirf kl subah tkk ka samay hai...subah hone tkk tum Sanskar ko begunah saabit krne k liye jo kr skti ho kro lekin agar subah tkk nahi kr paayi toh..."

He was interrupted by Swara .

Swara: "Uski naubat nahi aayegi bare papa. kyonki mai jaanti hoon aur mujhe poora vishvaas hai ki Sanskar ne kch nahi kiya hai !"

Sujata felt more and more affection towards Swara minute by minute .

Shekher (to Sanskar with grinned teeth ): "Tmhare paas sirf kl subah tkk ka samay hai uske baad mai KHUD ! tmhe jail tkk chhor k aaunga !

(turns to leave) chaliye maa "

Dadi: "Annapurna ji ...kya mai ...maarhi laado k saath bass aaj raat bhar ruk skti hoon ?"

AP nods in yes ! and Shekher leaves

Sujata hurridly moved towards Sanskar and hold him in reassurance that everything will be alright. RP too came to Sanskar and hold him .

Swara came forward towards them .

Swara (to Sujata): "Mom !! aap chinta matt kijiye ...mai Sanskar ko kch nahi hone dungi "

Sanskar felt his heart glowed to see his LOVE protecting him but he was sad because he can see Swara is annoyed with him , do not want to share eye contact with him and he felt a fierce guilt inside him remembering how he confessed his love in the drunken state and Swara was shocked . He always thought Swara considers him as her best friend and nothing else , that's why he feared confessing his feelings to her but ...that mistake was already done and what he feared was becoming true, and thinking this his heart was aching .

Swara then moved towards her mother and hugged her tightly , then they walked to the entrance so that she could bid her mother good night and assure her that everything will be alright so not to worry.

Shomi: "Shona , ye sb..."

Swara interrupted her.

Swara: "Maa...kch nahi hua hai Sanskar ne kch nahi kiya hai mai keh rhi hoon na "

Shomi: "Ek maa itni selfish kaise ho skti hai jo apna rishta bachane k liye apni beti ki zindagi..." saying this a lone tear dropped from Sharmishtha's eye and at that moment Sujata too came outside with Sanskar.

Shomi: "Meri vajah se tmhari ye maang bhari gyi...ek larki k liye sindoor uski suhag ki nishaani hoti hai par mere suhaag ko bachane k liye tmhari maang..." and starts crying .

Swara: "Maa aisa kch bhi nahi hai aur mai maanti hoon Sanskar pehele bhatak gya tha , galat raashte par chal diya tha ...but maa...ab Sanskar badal chuka hai isiliye aap meri aur Sanskar ki chinta krna band kr dijiye ab .

Aur ...jahan tkk rahi aaj ki baat toh mujhe poora vishvaas hai ki Sanskar nirdosh hai aur mai kisi ko bhi apne parivaar ko chot nahi pahuchaane dungi "

Sujata and Sanskar hears all conversation and comes near them .

Sanskar: "Aunty mai jaanta hoon maine Swara ki maang bhar kr galti ki but mai aapko promise krta hoon aunty ki MAI SWARA KI ZINDAGI KABHI BHI BARBAAD NAHI HONE DUNGA !!"

At this Swara looks at Sanskar and remebers his love confession and then silently again looks away . That hurt Sanskar a lot !

Sanskar: "I hope Ragini ki ye galatfaimi..."

Swara immediately interrupted him .

Swara: "KOI GALATFAIMI NAHI HAI RAGINI KO !!! "

Sharmishtha and Sanskar got shocked !

Shomi: "Ye kya keh rhi ho Swara ..."

Swara: "Haan maa...Ragini jhooth bol rhi hai...naatak kr rhi hai vo ! "

then Sujata speaks,

Sujata: "Haan Sharmishtha ji Swara sach keh rhi hai "

Swara sees Sujata and her affection and support towards her with teary eyes and just looks on..

Sujata: "Ragini naatak kr rhi hai Sharmishtha ji usne mujhe pehele hi ye dhamki di thi ..."

**FLASHBACK**

Ragini and Sujata are alone in Ragya's room.

Ragini: "Chachi ji agar Sanskar ne dubara kabhi bhi humare aur Laksh k beech aane ki koshish ki toh..."

Sujata (with a shaky voice): "Toh ?"

Ragini: "Toh hum unhe aise ilzaam mein fassayenge ki vo kabhi bhi apne aap ko sahi saabit nahi kr paayenge ! "

**FLASHBACK ENDS**

Sujata: "Aur dekhiye na Sharmishtha ji aaj je chhori ne vahi kiya jo usne kaha tha "

Sujata (to Swara): "Swara maarhe ko maaf kr do beta ...maine hamesha thaare ko galat smjha , hamesha na jaane kaise - kaise taane sunaye , gaaliya di , " and starts crying folding her hands. Swara immediately holds her hands .

Swara: "Nahi mom aap maafi matt maangiye please "

her eyes were also filled with tears of happiness .

Sujata (to Shomi): "Sharmishtha ji maine hamesha se aapki parvarish par ungli uthaya hai par aaj mai kehti hoon ...ki...aapke jaisi parvarish har maa apne bache ko de

maarhe ko maaf kr do tum dono maarhe se bohot bari galti ho gyi ! "

Swara again stops her and Sujata hugs her and again apologizes. Shomi feels happy as well as proud. While hugging Sujata, Swara sees Sanskar with a smile but this time Sanskar , disappointed with Swara's reaction towards him, himself looked away. On that Swara felt a bit hurt, she herself don't know why.

Sujata let go of her and jokes with her , trying to lighten the environment a bit.

Sujata: "Lekin isska mtlb je naa hai bangalan ki mai thaare haath ki machhi kha lungi haan ! "

Sanskar: "Mom..."

everyone starts laughing and Sanskar felt embarrassed to not to understand her mom's joke and was surprised to see this side of her !

Then Sharmishtha leaves and Sujata gets tensed .

Sujata: "Swara lekin tu maarhe chhore ko bekasur itni jaldi kaise saabit kregi abi vakt bhi bohot kamm hai thaare paas...kch hi ghanto mein savera bhi hone vala hai ..."

Swara: "Mom...vo sb aap mujh par chhor dijiye "

And they once again entered the Maheshwari Mansion .

PRECAP: "Swara starts interrogating Ragini and through many tricks and logics finally proves Sanskar innocent before morning and also comes in a surprise from a "SANDOOK " !!

what's in that SANDOOK?? any ideas??

^^^ Nice update, you brought out the drama inherent in the confrontation very well. Also liked the deft touch with which you showed Sanskaar's disappointed/ hurt feeling when Swara was avoiding him; and likewise, her curious sense of disappointment when he also then avoids her.
