Multiple personality- i dunno, pt usually doesn't remember the other personality when the other manifests, schizophrenia seems bit extreme , but who knows indian telly isn't known for doing justice to psychiatric cases.
She does show symptoms of psychosis toh pakka.

Obsession is the most apt mental illness for rags but they can declare her to be mentally Ill in any way even if the scientists are still working on it 🤣

The worst thing would be if she has a miraculous recovery (without any medical help)and lakshya is forced to accept her as his wife. Yes he married her willingly but he didn't know the whole truth. Him having to accept her because she 'loves' him is disturbing.
