Since when has TellyBuzz been completely accurate?

Swara was supposed to find out about Ragini in the Mahasangam episode but she didn't. Ragini was supposed to be under the witch's spell when she pushed Swara but she wasn't.

Swara will reach around second phera time or something like that. But she will reach.
