its not the uncertainty over pairs that is the biggest issue, the biggest issue is that the writers aimed to set up swaragini's bond as the usp of the show and it was relatively well worked on till like episode 30 is when ragini and laksh's engagement is broken. after that ragini got lost somewhere, an inactive china doll thereafter. if you tally up all the screen time swara and ragini spent together before she turned evil, it'll probably tally up to significantly less than an hour. if we tally up the total of ragini scenes before she became evil, it'll be about an hour, there were episodes where she was pretty much a no show and many episodes where her being there was just insignificant. Thus the writers pretty much failed to pinpoint the usp of the show- was it about the bond of sisters, the bond of music, was it about a love triangle, was it about two girls who just happen to be half sisters trying to resolve the conflict between the two sides of their family, or maybe it was about the separate journey of two sisters through love and maturing like manmarziyan (except with friends)? we don't know. we just know that there are two girls who are poles apart. now what happened due to the ill defined usp was that a chunk of the audience got fed up and left cos it was too confusing and a remainder defined the usp of the show according to whatever they could gather from it. since next to swara scenes with everyone else, swarya scenes where given the most screen, many associated the usp of the show with their friendship, people who related to ragini defined the usp by her and whomever they wanted to see with her. ragya fans and sangini fans are basically ragini fans who want her to get her happy beginning. as for the couple confusion, i don't think there should be because right now, ragini is a vamp and has as much chance with laksh as any other vamp, which is very high, but if that happens then in the end it'll come back to swarya if we go by trend. think of it this way, tapu marrying veer didn't change the fact that iccha and veer were the lead pair. but yes I'm hoping she takes a positive turn, in which case she wouldnt separate swara and laksh but would rather prevent snacker from trying so. again laksh and swara are in love and are a pair, so theres very little confusion on that front. and even if they end up marrying rags or snacker respectively, it'll be A LONG TIME before theres any progress between swasan and ragya to be considered as a 'jodi' i guess, and that is IF they progress as a jodi rather than bringing swarya back. .
