Part 1
Swara was busy in kitchen when Ragini comes and hugs her from back. Swara smiles and touches Ragini's cheek.
"I m so happy, at last we completed 1 year of our marriage!" Ragini said happily.
"I m happy for you," replied swara casually.
The next moment she realized that, she was talking to herself. There was no one present, there was no Ragini present. She was there alone. And it was a dream. Yes, a very dream, which she wants to come true badly. But she knows, it's an impossible thing. What she did was not all her faults, but for that, no one is going to forgive her. The "No one" includes her 3 dearest persons - Rangini, Sanskaar and Lakshya.
She wiped her tears and went out of the kitchen with the Prasad in her hand. Just as she came out, laksh was just passing by. He was again in the same mood. Not in a mood of not talking to her, but his eyes were saying many things. But the only thing she could she in his eyes now was, "Now, it's your turn!" He went without uttering a word. She also didn't bother to stop him because she knew the consequential anger of him.
Swara moved on. She just came across a room, and the door opened. Sanskaar came out. Their eyes met. He was in the same stage as Laksh. His tears were searching a way to escape. She felt like as they asking asking her only, "Why the hell?" But suddenly the pain in his eyes turned in anger and they went red. Swara had no words to say, in fact, she could not meet his eyes, so she just bowed her face down. Sanskaar left ignoring her.
Swara reached the temple and found Ragini decorating the plate.
"You want help?" she asked.
"No thanks!" she got a sudden reply. "I can manage" Ragini said without meeting the eyes.
Soon all the family reached and Annapurna asked to start the pooja. Swara hold the plate and looked around. All the family was present except lakshya and Sanskaar. She turned and put the plate up. All of a sudden, she felt a hand sharing the plate with her. She looked aside and found a expressionless laksh holding the plate. Swara smiled.
"I never forget my promise." He whispered. "And I m glad, I didn't learnt that from you, at least!"
But Swara was helpless. She couldn't do anything. She was not in a state to say sorry to them also. But it was destiny, which played a very cruel game with them, with the four, with all of them. There was time when the four were best of friends. There was no boundary that could separate them. Swara was the one who had brought smiles on their faces, and today, she was the only reason of their tears. But hell! She can't change anything.
"Are sanskaar aur Ragini ko b toh Aarti karne do, unki b salgira hai aaj!" sujata says.
Laksh turned the plate and saw Ragini in front. Both the eyes went teary but no one could do anything. Sanskaar came in between to handle all. He held the plate in one hand and patted Laksh's shoulder with the other. They share a little smile and SanGini finished the Arti.
"Swara, Ragini."
Every one tuned and got happy to see Shekhar and Sharmistha on the door. Swaragini hugged them and SanLak touched their feet. They sat down to have some gossip. It was their surprise on their daughters' first marriage anniversary. They were having gifts for them.
"What Baba?" Swara asked.
"Abhi batata hun." He takes out an envelope from his pocket. "Here I have 4 tickets. Holiday package of London for Swara and Laksh, and Paris for Sanskaar and Ragini."
"Paris?" Ragini spoke. "No papa, we can't go!"
"But why Ragini?" Sharmistha asked in concern.
"Ah.. Maa.." Sanskaar spoke to handle the situation. "She means, we cant go paris alone. We all will go together, to the same place..."
"Yes," Laksh joined. "Now a days, we can't live without hurting each other." She said looking at Swara.
Sanskaar and Ragini looked at him first, then to Swara. She was looking him in teary years.
"What do you mean?" Annapurna Asked.
"I mean, without troubling each other. In funny way you know... Right Sanskaar??" he asked taking a pen from sanskaar's pocket and putting it in his.
"Right!" Sanskaar replied hitting him on back head.
"Aaahhh!" Laksh exclaimed and everyone laughed.
SanLak shared a Side hug and Swara smiled looking at them but her this smile vanished when Sanskaar, laksh and Ragini looked at her expressionless.
