So Naina knows about Kunal's birth truth. Why didn't she connect the dots and realize the extent of Sandhyas evilness? Know it must make sense to her why she was harming Karan the whole time...Of course Kunal will be shattered, but Karan is the biggest victim here...I really hope that Nirmala and Naina won't risk Karans happiness for Kunal's.
