Its possible. I kind of felt like Meghna was more worried about Naina. Worried about what she was going through. I think Meghna is used to the fact that Naina hides things that bother her because she doesn't want to Meghna to be disturbed. Plus Meghna is also hot headed-- Naina knows if she tells things to Meghna, Meghna will go after that person that dares to hurt her sister. 😆 I think Meghna just doesn't want Naina to be going through any tough times by herself.
I think she enjoys Naina and Karan's growing closeness. She likes teasing her Devar and Devrani🤣
