I wonder how many of my episode takes I start and will start with this but can't help it - NaiRan are just so adorable! It is really amazing that they manage to convey multiple emotions and various facets of their relationships in the same scene.
How much effort and care was Naina putting to see that the colours were organic! She asked, saw, checked for the standardized mark and only then was satisfied. She doesn't take anything related to Karan lightly. Naina is generally a caring person but with Karan its even more. Its going to be so heartbreaking when it backfires. 🥺
She tries to get Karan but Karan is not opening the door only. And then Khyati comes and taunts Naina. I have given up trying to understand Khyati. Even her concern for her brother doesn't justify this kind of sadistic pleasure she gets when Naina can't get Karan out. They are going to pair her with Vishal and I feel sorry for the guy, he is such a sweetheart!
So Naina madam is all dejected and her sister comes and gives her the hint to nikalo ghee from tedi ungli. I love the sisters' scenes always! It was also telling that Meghna had to prompt her. Naina is a very straightforward person, so to go underhand does not strike her immediately and she therefore needed some hint. Then of course she is smart enough to figure out what to do. 😉
What a drama queen Naina is.😆 Karan karan Dadaji gir gaye mujhe dawayian chahiye. 🤣 Bechara Karan came running down and then figured out that nothing had happened to Dadaji. And then comes the moment of the episode. Karan figures out that Naina played him and he gives her a look. THAT LOOK. Ufff! Contrary to expectation, he wasn't angry. I don' think so. He was part exasperated and part amused and almost indulgent. His expressions were like I should have known that you would do something like this types. And Naina was giggling. It was such a cute moment! ❤️ I fell in love I tell you. This look exchange went around for quite some time and everybody noticed. Dadaji had to break Karan out of it. 😆
So Karan wants to go but Naina stops him. And holds a plate of colour up. She asks him to uphold Dadaji's wish. She senses his hesitation and therefore mentions that the colours are organic. Karan wonders if she knows but she casually mentions how she always uses organic ones as they are best. THIS. This shows how much Naina understands him. She wanted to reassure him about the colours but also did not want to make him conscious. And she managed both successfully. This is why Naina is perfect for Karan. She gets him like nobody does. In face of such concerned and earnest behavior, how can Karan refuse? And he did not.
Karan Kunal have so much history of miscommunication. It keeps coming out in each of their interaction. But one thing is there - Nobody really does get Karan's issues. The way Karan said that even Kunal doesn't makes it appear that he had more expectations of Kunal than others. Who knows? Its understandable really. Sometimes even with the best of intentions you end up doing more harm than good.
I think this was the parallel that the episode really brought out. Karan thinks that nobody gets him but Naina has started understanding him. And it will only grow from here. And that will be a journey worth seeing!
