the way sandy so cruelly played around with karan's health he can't ever be any given birth to by this witch and character wise he is very much nirmala 😆 as for her she is too sanskaari to ever think about affairs so karan is definitely Nk and nirmala son 😆 With all sandy and Nk preferences for kunal it seems its more like him who could be their secret child if ever there is a illegitimate son 😆 They say devil always give preference to their own spawns 😛
