To be honest, I don't know Neha. There were spoilers and rumours. But the biggest giveaway is the symbolisms. First haldi and then mehndi.
Plus in both scenes, the BGM was religious.

I know right Nami di, and did u notice that they are the ones to do the rituals first, for now there is a lot of mights and maybes and we can keep giving our speculations until the cvs decides to shine some light on us on their marriage 😆

Their marriage will definitely become a big issue and most probably it might be a forced marriage for both of them

Oh yeah. It's going to be forced for sure. At least there is no hate like typical shows. I'm dying to see Karan's growth into a confident young man. It's going to be a slow go but it will be a treat to watch.
