I don't understand what you mean by co-incidence. There are many small things that happen in life like bumping into someone you know at the market without planning to meet them. These are small things and are not part of destiny just co-incidences.

Destiny refers to something bigger. It is an end result of your deepest desires that you may know or maybe you yourself don't know them but they are locked in a corner of your mind which unfolds in your life. Bear in mind that is not all +ve but can have -ve impacts too.
