Rehan and Suvreen both get back home together to go for dinner...they sit in the car to go home...
Suvreen: Waise rehan...iss dinner pe jane ki koi khaas wajah?
Rehan: no wajah...no reason...aur waise bhi dosti se badkar koi wajah hoti hai kya..bas aise hi...bohot din hogaya hai we havent spent much time with each other ya...aur waise bhi tere haath ka khana khake bore hogaya hoon...i need a change...
Suvreen smacks rehan lightly and jokingly...
Suvreen: achcha..mujhe bhi tere haath ke khane ka koi shauq nahin hai...
Rehan:great...mutual feeling...
They both share a great laugh...and drive their way home...
At home, suvreen is confused regarding what to wear for dinner...she seeks rehan's help for it...she goes and knocks his door...
Suvreen: rehan...rehan...open the door ya...
Rehan: ruk...coming ya...ready horaha hoon...
Suvreen:arrey yaar main ussi ko lekar confused hoon...
Rehan: i knew it...ruk...aaraha hoon...
Rehan opens the door...he looks dashing in a white shirt and cargo pants...suvreen compliments rehan...
Suvreen: wow mr.rehan charles...looking handsome...!
Rehan: tell me something new baby!!!
Suvreen: ok...anyway..mujhe teri help chahiye...
Rehan: i know..hum jab bhi kahin bahar jaate hai tab tujhe meri help ki zaroorat parti hai...dress select karne main...bol...kaun kaun se dresses shortlist kiya hai tu ne?
Suvreen: dekh..yeh do dresses hai..ekdum naye hai..last week hi shopping ki thi maine...inme se kaunsa pehnoon?
Suvreen is confused between two dresses- one is a beautiful red dress and the other a nice black dress...suvreen loves them both...
Suvreen: bolo na..kaun sa pehnoon?
Rehan: i think the black one...black looks really nice on you...
Suvreen: ok..then its done...i'll wear the black one...
Rehan: tu mere choice par itna bharosa karti hai?
Suvreen: haan..i trust u a lot...
Rehan: waise tu dress select karne main itna time lagati hai...God knows tujhe dulha select karne main kitna time lagega...(laughs)
Suvreen: very funny...waise uski bhi tension nahin hai mujhe...woh bhi tu hi choose karega mere liye...
Rehan: oh wow...thats great...ab toh tere liye problem hojayegi..
Suvreen: woh kaise?
Rehan: sabse kharap ladka choose karunga tere liye!
Suvreen: good..main kaun si achchi hoon...
They share a great laugh...rehan tells suvreen to go and get ready as they have reservations made...
Rehan: achcha ab jaldi jake taiyyar hoja...late hojayenge...
Suvreen: just give me 15 minutes...il be ready...!!!
Suvreen gets ready on time...she looks lovely in a nice black dress and high heels...they leave for dinner...they go to suvreen's favourite restaurant...they settle down by the table and rehan arranges surprises for her in order to cheer her mood up..he orders her favourite wine and orders her favourite dishes...
Suvreen: wow...kya baat hai mr.rehan charles...my favourite restaurant..my favourite wine...my favourite dishes...wats the catch huh?...aaj toh mera birthday bhi nahin hai...im sure there is something special...!...kahin tu mujhe propose toh nahin karne wala hai na? (laughs)
Rehan: shut up suvreen!...kya bolrahi hai tu?...special hai...tujhe kuch hi der main pata chaljayega..!!!
Suvreen: ok...dekhte hai...
After some time, Rehan goes up to the stage to dedicate a song to suvreen...he personally sings the song 'jab mila tu' for suvreen and insists on dancing with her...they dance and sing together and have a gala time...suvreen's mood lifts up...suddenly a cake comes near suvreen and suvreen is bewildered..
Suvreen: yeh cake?
Rehan: this is for u suvreen...for your dad's birthday...hum yahan unka birthday yahan sabke saath celebrate karenge...
Suvreen's eyes fill with tears...she hugs rehan and thanks him from the bottom of her heart...
Suvreen: toh yeh tha tumhara special reason...mera mood theek karne ke liye aur dad ka birthday??
Rehan:sshhh...no questions...dost hoon...usko nibhani toh paregi na?...varna log mujhe sabse bura dost kahenge...
Suvreen: aisa ho hi nahin sakta...!!...tum duniya ke sabse acche dost ho...
Rehan: thank you...now lets cut the cake...
Suvreen: yah!!!
They sing along for suvreen's dad and celebrate his birthday...suvreen is extremely elated...they feed cake to each other...suvreen has a wonderful time and hugs rehan to thank him...
While the celebrations are going on, vikram who is in the restaurant having dinner with his collegues sees rehan and suvreen together and feels a little uncomfortable...he doubts suvreen and rehan's friendship...he decides not to meet and disturb suvreen's privacy...
After the dinner is over, suvreen and rehan are about to leave the reataurant when they spot vikram there...
Suvreen: hey vikram!!!.hi...!!
Vikram: oh suvreen...hi...(he pretends not to have seen them)
Rehan: hi vikram!
Vikram: hi rehan...
Suvreen: im really sorry vikram...mujhe tumhe aaj dinner ke liye mana karna para...im really very sorry!!
Vikram: oh its completely fine suvreen..dont bother at all..!!!..i did not mind...and friends are very special..unke liye toh luch bhi...
Suvreen; thanks vikram..you are really very understanding...
Vikram; your welcome...
In the meantime, rehan goes to get the car...
Suvreen: actually main na rehan ko kabhi no nahin kehsakti...kisi bhi cheez ke liye!!!..woh toh yeh kehraha tha ki main tumhare saath dinner pe aaun...par main hi thi jisne uske saath dinner pe aane ka faisla kiya..
Vikram: aisi friendship dekhne ko nahin milti..rehan is lucky to have you!!!
Suvreen: not rehan...i m lucky to have rehan as a friend..woh sab kuch hai mera...mera friend...family...evrything...
Vikram is still in doubt...about the closeness they share...!!!
Suvreen: pata hai this is my favourite restaurant...aaj kitna mazaa kiya humne...all thanks to rehan...aaj mere dad ka birthday celebrate karne ke liye yahan pe aaye the...i told u about my equation with dad na!!!
Vikram: yah...i understand...par ab toh tum bohot khush hogi na??
Suvreen: bohot zyada...
Meanwhile, rehan gets the car and asks suvreen to come...suvreen bids vikram goodbye...and leaves along with rehan...vikram doubts about their relation...
Vikram: aisi friendship...kabhi dekhi nahin...kya yeh sirf friends hai..aur kuch nahin...har baat pe suvreen sirf rehna ki baat karti hai...dont know..but something is wrong...!!!
Suvreen and rehan are going back home when rehan suddenly stops the car and asks suvreen to come out of the car...
Suvren: kya hua??
Rehan: come out of the car once...tere liye ek aur surprise hai...
Suvreen: one more??...rehan...ab mujhe sach main lagraha hai ki tu mujhe propose karega...(smiles)
Rehan: hahaha..very funny...!!..bahar aayegi yah aur questions poochna hai quizmaster...??
Suvreen comes out of the car and stands when rehan puts his phone near suvreen's ears...when suvreen asks whats happening, rehan says that it is someone special...it is none other than her father...suvreen is awestruck...how did this happen...rehan just tells her to wish him...suvreen becomes emotional on listening her dad's voice...she wishes him with her voice filled with emotions and tears...her dad on the other hand gets a feeling that he has heard this voice before...it might be suvreen...but expresses thank you to her and blesses her...he keeps the phone but is still on doubt...suvreen keeps the phone and cries a lot...she gets very emotional when rehan goes and hugs her...after the hug, suvreen asks rehan how did all this happen!!!

Suvreen: yeh sab hua kaise???...dad ko wish??...how did all this happen?
Rehan:Bohot simple tha... maine tumhari choti behen jasleen ko phone kiya...aur uski madat se yeh sab hua...usne tumhare dad se yeh kaha ki uski ek friend tumhare dad ko wish karna chahti hai...toh bas uski help se tumne aaj 6 saal baad apne dad ko wish bhi kardiya aur koi problem bhi nahin hui...simple!!!(smiles)
Suvreen hears all this and realises how much thought has rehan put in to make her happy...and how he has fulfilled her wish...she cries and hugs rehan...bits of tears appear in rehan's eyes too...she thanks rehan again...to which rehan says that there is nothing to thank him...he just cant see her unhappy...after this they share precious moments of friendship...soon after this they go home...since suvreen has a lot of wine which was kept in rehan's car, suvreen becomes a little drunk...rehan carries him in his arms once they reach home...he makes suvreen sleep and is about to leave when suvreen smiles sweetly and says that she had the best time ever that day...suvreen goes off to sleep...and rehan gives a glance at sivreen and goes off to sleep...rehan says 'me too' and leaves for his home...
