I think it happens sometimes cuz the weather is so hot and unbearable, then we stay in fans and ac and that hot cold switch can have that effect. The heat also can take a toll on ones health, right

Yeah ur right I had medz Insh Allah I wil get better... I stil went gym cant miss it from next week I have to stop my membership coz I wil be fasting..
