Suvreen Pls Don't Cry..:'(

I really don't get Ira at all!! how can she call Suvreen incompetent when she hasn't even assessed her work properly?? does she have some kind of a short term memory loss or something?? Who's smart idea was it that helped them get the golden feathers?? Definetly not the experienced and competent Alisha's!!! And why is it that suvreen is the only unprofessional person for being seen with her boyfriend?? what about the other profesional couple that sticks to one another all the time during the office hours and then the day when the professional group was dancing in office.. How is it that she doesn't class them as unprofessional for this or form new opinions about them?? I don't know why I just wish Suvreen would ditch Iris for some rival company that would identify her talent and use her against Ira and her company.. Maybe then she'd learn how competent Suvreen really is!!
