I was really screwed up with something...so didn't get time to complete the write-up for Draupadi...

Will try to finish it off by this week...

On a side note...I wanted to say something.

Being a very very very very active member of Mahabharat forum 😉 n quite ummm experienced in controversial discussions, I hope that the members of this thread are clear about the rules of being a part of this AT. I am neither the TM nor any moderator but still...as a well-wisher of Draupadi n Pankhuri fans 😆, I'd like to say to everyone...that please please please be a part of this AT ONLY if you like/respect/admire/love/appreciate Draupadi or Pankhuri...Last time, we had a lot of arguments and we found a lot of haters barging into AT only to fight. I hope this time...such things wont happen.

One does not have to be a self-proclaimed Draupadi fan...but if one is part of this AT, it would be expected that the member at least has some liking for Draupadi/Pankhuri. Healthy criticism is of course fine..but hopefully things will be all fun and friendly here...😊

I sincerely apologize for encroaching into the rights of the TM and moderator...but I really wanted to say this. Hopefully...you all will take my words in a positive sense...but seriously nonetheless.😊

hi di!! u don't need to apology.we need some experienced member of course😉 thank u for ur suggesion!!😃 actually i had copy pasted this rules in hurry and couldn't add special drau AT rules as i was on phone. will of course update the rules for drau members!!

I am planning to buy Yugantar by Irawati Karwe...

I have heard it is one of the best and most well-researched books on Mahabharat ever...

Heya all! Nice meeting so many new members here.
Well, i am not a very ardent draupadi fan but i really respect her as a character. The character i love the most would forever be the mahanayak, mahadhanurdhari, gandivadhari, dhananjaya veer arjuna. I hope i come into one of the categories of a panchali AT member in amrita di's view. 😳
Also, i have not read many books or literary works on the various characters but yes, i have read various translations of the original mahabharat mainly in english because i do not have a good grip over sanskrit though i know some basics. I do want to read some others too if i get a chance. Also, i have tried my hands at writing some ff's too but i do not feel i can really do proper justice to the characters with perfection.

di, first u read, then give ur reviews...😆 i jus don't want to buy it without reviews otherwise i'll see that my mind got high temper like what happened after reading POI...😆 if it' s good, then plz give citations!!!😃
