Everyone's age increases every year, like 18 then 19 then 20 and so on
In Sara's case, her year of birth increases every year, like
in 2009 Sara was born in 1991
in 2010, it was 1992
in 2011, it was 1993
so
in 2012 Sara was born in 1994 😆
She will be the first person who will always stay 18 even after she becomes a grandmother

I don't care how old she is...having said that, i think you are right she shouldn't lie about her age on TV...but things like that are the producers responsibility...they have all the official papers of the contestants and also know the real age of Sara...they are fooling the viewers...but that's the entertainment business i guess.
