This is like a corporate that chases quarterly numbers at the expense of long term sustainability. Ideally they should let each show have its format and not tweak it too much in the hunt for TRP. Here they seem to be keen to leverage the captains for TRP instead of promoting the young talent which should be the objective of this show format.

Last season, I had problem with show's format because the performances were not equally distributed. But this season looks like there is no format at all.
