Peeps,

This was a BEAUTIFUL episode. Anyone's whose still hurt with the last episode, watch this one. It wouldn't erase all the hurt but it definitely sooth your nerves. Clearly, SPN is in its best form when it does what it is known for. Saving people, hunting things, family business. This episode refflected SPN's true essence and gives out such old spn feels.

To whoever wrote the episode (& the entire team) - 3 ❤️s for you.

To Jensen and Jared - 5 ❤️s each.

To Sam and Dean - 10 ❤️s each. So, proud of these two. <3 :')

PS Did I say the episode was beauuutiful?

We have so less to say when episodes are so good 😆 And honestly I have nothing much to rant about, I can only rave.

My general opinion about the episode in entirety is that I felt really proud of the boys. Sam for one has always had reasons to feel guilty or blame himself. Even if he hasn't made a mistake on purpose he beats himself for a lot of things but I felt immense pride in the character development when I saw him convince Magda that having powers that aren't human doesn't make her a demon. She can control them. He's had an experience with powers and he in his heart only wanted to use it for the good. That he was manipulated wasn't his fault. But having learnt his lesson then I am glad he doesn't loathe about it, and even if he still does he has come to a point to make peace with it. And as the compassionate, loving and kind man he is he wants to help as many he can.

And then Dean. the guy who has been masking his feelings for so long. Always putting the I am the Big Brother I have to be strong facade let his guard down and spoke to Sam. The brothers don't talk easily and especially Dean. But this time it didn't take much to make him share his feelings.

He's always been the one to thread the Winchester family. He used to try and keep the family together by being a bridge between his dad and Sam. And then now even in spite of being hurt by his mothers decision he messages her. That text just broke my heart. His hurt was spelled so clearly there. But I am glad he made his peace. He understood where his mother was coming from (although I honestly don't agree with what Mary has done) but Dean accepting it just shows some emotional development.

Both the boys have progressed when it comes to communicating with each other. And it showed when Sam reached out despite that he would also be reeling under pain about what his mom did. And when Dean heard him out, told him what he felt and eventually gave in to his brothers opinion.

I loved the guest cast, the story threaded from the previous seasons with the current one.

P.S - The BMOL are going to ruin a lot of the good work the boys do. I just hope they team up once and get kicked in their ass by the Winchesters

Dean was cranky, but cranky Dean is the funniest Dean ever. I really enjoyed this episode until the last one minute of it. I was so utterly proud of Sam Winchester in this episode there are no words for it. But as the BMOL would have it, they wasted his life's work and experiences that he used to give Magda another chance, and called it inefficiency. 😳

Also, the texts Dean and Mary shared did melt my heart to goo.

Omit the end, just, omit that horrible end and this episode was a heavenly thing of beauty.

I liked this episode so much too. The old school hunting, boys actually being able to communicate, Dean making peace with Mary's decision even though he's still struggling to understand and doesn't like it one bit, Sam carrying Dean and the entire episode on his shoulders, all of it. Like you and me, I'm sure the entire fandom must have felt so proud of Sam Winchester. Such a gem of a person he is. <3 Those texts Dean and Mary shared melted my heart too. No, that doesn't mean I have forgiven Mary, its just that Dean despite being mad and hurt still chose to check in on Mary because that's what family does. <3 Sam and Dean need to eradicate the BMOL's. ASAP. 😳

Not that it matters cus they will anyways be renewed for a new season but yes its a good news. Infact awesum news, cus the writer of the epi is a new guy and looks like they found a gem in him who actually goes thru previous storylines before writing . Also becus they beat everyone to a second position on the network. Its a 12 year old show. Its not suppose to beat all other shows on a network rofl 🤣🤣

ok finally finished the last few episodes of spn... well read reviews of all last posts and kinda agree... well they solved some issues and some new observations... regarding second epi... it was too rushed... n too much messed up.. they r messing a lot...WHY NO WINCHESTER REUNION HUG???? regarding episode 3 not much to say even... it was fine ish but then mary left and it broke my heart... i understand why she did but that doesnt change that it hurted a lot... the little little things.. i blv they r trying to tell how similar dean n mary is and sam understands dean the best and i guess mary behaviour was kimda like that also... he understands dean which means by indirect proportion he understands mary maybe lol also so cassie can heal sam but he cant teleport even in this epi.. crowley goes inside and then unlocks the door for cass then i dont get why crowley needs cass? to heal him in times of need? regarding latest epi 4 i liked it... i think its like some epis r written ankh band karke and then damage control happens... haha khair i know dean n we got what meant by mary but m still not ready to let it go... btw did i said i love cranky dean coz i do... n sam was osm in the epi... he carried it actually... gosh

Totally agree the epi was awesome n this time needless to say sam carried it and stole the show , the way he reached out to magda based on his personal experience...well cudnt ask for nethin better... though i wonder y dean was doubting that office witch lol she seemed so normal why was he being so dumb but nevertheless i love it when he is cranky ❤️ kudos to the new writer he actually bothered to relate to previoius ssns 😆

P.S i still have an issue with mary ditching the boys .. I luvd it when despite being heartbroken n everythin dean still reached out to her to check on her.. it was kinda cute 😊
