The show is still going on even though it comes on CW network, which ain't very popular is all because of Jensen and Jared.
SPN is their most popular show and with a steady rating.
The leads are very humble and unassuming.They didn't expect to go farther than 2-3 seasons.The cast and crew people are very tight knit and close after 10 years of always being together for 9 months out of 12 straight and there are a lot of people who depend on Jensen and Jared for a steady job since Hollywood is a hard place for that.
While they are still on air, many hit shows came and went during the last 10 years but SPN is still here.



And CW higher ups have given SPN greenlight and made it clear that the show will keep going if Jensen and Jared want to keep doing it. When they are done, the show will be done too.


Now their children are growing up and they are very committed to being parents, so SPN is on its end stages. Both Jensen and Jared moved to Austin and have homes very close to each other and are planning to open a winery business together , and their kids are growing up together. and they miss home, familyand their kids.11 season is either last or one of the last seasons I would assume.

Didn't know they are almost brothers in real life too , although given the fact that they have been working together for 10 yrs, makes sense .. glad that 10 yrs didn't make them sick of being around each other .. 😆 ..

Jensen said he will take a bullet for Jared 'and not even think twice.' 😆 They are that close,yeah. You can say they are kinda codependent much like Sam and Dean. They spend 9 out of 12 months with each other for over 15 hours every day and then on the weekends they choose to hang out with each other and then during 3 month break, you would think they will want a break from each other but no.They spend vacations together, festivals together and go out for drinks and dinner and concerts and they were living together before they got married.Jensen and Jared are closer than the Winchesters in the sense that they NEVER fight, they are always in tune, they even move and gesture in sync and even while giving desperate interviews, they are always in tune and will give you same answers because their mind works on the same frequency. It is literally a running joke during conventions that Jared and Jensen have a telepathic connection. They never keep anything from each other.Jensen says they have family meetings every few weeks to discuss everything out - family and job related stuff so that they are always on the same page.
They don't let anyone create problems between them either.After 10 years people just know that if you try to gossip about one of the boys to the other, they will tell each other and then team up against you.Many bad apples in the crew got fired because of that in the past. And they are always on each other's side literally and figuratively. You can't pit them against each other.They even got their contracts modified in 2nd season and made sure that both of them get paid equally for every episode even if one of them is not in the episode for as many minutes as the other one. Jared is the number one on the call sheet because Sam was to be the main character but Jared will get offended if you insist on that.They are in this together.If Jensen was to leave the show, Jared will follow right behind him.

J2 r bros for real...yep even in conventions they r so in sync...they speak for each other..completes sentences...even...so so #BroLove
Hell even jj playes with jared ke dono sons...

Jensen says Jared's eldest, Thomas has a crush on JJ and calls her Jaybird.The children always play together. JJ calls Jared's wife as ',Aunt Momma'. They are pretty much one big family.
