Teerth not showing proof of Kritika’s deception and protecting Dev-Kri makes him very sus in my opinion. He gave half baked reasons and Suman is completely smitten by his good guy persona, but he is playing on something. I can’t pin point what it is but something is amiss.

Bhoomi needs to open her mouth. Gulshan murdered her brother. TELL SOMEONE!! Teerth and Suman are powerful enough that they can punish Gulshan. Why is she such a wimp?!

Suman and Teerth will win over Chandrakant. He is a superstitious and ambitious idiot but I think he will fall for Suman’s daring attitude. I think Suman will bring Teerth and CK closer with her actions which will also melt Sasuma.

I stay in Bahrain.But I am connected to Cochin and TVM.

Mounaragam was already remade in hindi.It was on sb.But they could not complete it.

Do you guys watch any Malayalam shows? I have caught episodes (from my aunt) of Asianet shows and they lag even more than SP shows but they have more substance than SP shows.

I would love it if they would do a good version of Mounaraagam in Hindi where the hero is a good guy who helps the FL achieve her dreams and the FL is a capable woman and show an actual love story.

Makers didn't allow Teerth to throw out Kritika because they want her in the same house.Only then they can show 2 girls fighting over the same guy which is the usual genre of tv shows.They want Gulshan also as the main villain.Because Devika is not a vamp who is obsessed with the ML or the FL.In tv shows they want a boy or a girl who is obsessed with the leads.

I know about that version of Mounaraagam isliye I said that they should make a good version 😂 with mainstream actors. The SB one was such a sad and morose adaptation. There was no positivity in the episodes they showed and then Covid destroyed any chances of redemption.

Geetha Govindam is sort of like Bade Acche Lagte Hain? I think. It’s the only primetime show without an adaptation.

About this show - I know they want to keep Kritika in the house. But I also think that Teerth has something cooking. Not because of other versions, but because he is shown to be a shrewd neta in the beginning and the promos. He is acting like he is Suman’s puppet, and subservient to CK and Devika, but he has an ulterior motive. Maybe he wants to save the truth for some bada dhamaka later on. Or he is protecting Kritika and duping Suman (in the distant future) but kuch to gadbad hai.

About Gulshan - why did they show Bhoomi knowing anything?! She was scared of that leech even before the murder so why hide this particular truth. They could just have shown him terrorising her and the truth could be revealed to TeerMan through a video or something. Even Poorna Bua would hit her son if she realised he is a murderer. Don’t know why she is shown so scared.

I have not seen the hindi version.Was it different from Mounaragam?

I have not seen GG except some promos and scenes.Is it similar to BALH?I thought it was about a middle aged man and a young girl.BALH was remade twice in malayalam-Surya and Zee keralam.

Yes,that's possible.But don't believe the promos.They have changed the story from the promos many times.Seeing the new track of 2 girls fighting over the same boy I feel that for trp they changed the story.

Because they want a track for Bhoomi.She is shown scared because because if she is also bold like Suman,Suman will lose her significance.

GG is a lot like BALH. At least the basic premise is same. ML is rich, marries FL who is the sister of his half-sister’s husband, for his sister. Doesn’t talk to biological mother, stepmother is taking advantage of him and stepbrother is also a villain. They made a few changes like the age gap, Geethu’s lover, stepbrother’s wife etc. But too many similarities to discount. Haven’t watched any shows on any other channel than Asianet - even this started this past year because I spent so much time with my aunt 😂

I didn’t watch the entire Mounaraagam Hindi version but a few episodes and it was too sad and boring.

Even the Kannada version had Kritika character till late and Teerth even plots with her against Suman so it’s not just Hindi versions that love a catfight. I’m tired of it.

She was a scared person from the start so even without the truth, she would be terrorised by Gulshan - why give her this special thing because it makes it almost disrespectful - her brother was murdered and she is sitting on that information.

Can you please tell me how different the Hindi version was from the malayalam version?Actually in south shows they show grey ML's against the FLs without romance.But hindi audience will not digest it.Long ago there was a tamil show called Kolangal.The ML was against the FL till the end.There was no romance at all.But when it was remade in hindi,the viewers did not like it.So they changed it's story by making the ML positive and added romance too.

SI reminds me of Zain's show Ek brahm sarvgun sampanna.The personality of Devika,her sister,Sasur,sasumaa are similar to the characters in EBSS.They had shown a Bhabhi vs Devrani promo during ebss.That's happening in SI now.But in EBSS Zain's devar character did not know the real intentions of his bhabhi.But here he knows Devika's character very well.

Only if she knows it,she can be blackmailed by Gulshan.If Gulshan does not blackmail her, her character would be just a flower pot role like Teerth's sister.

I feel like South Indian shows/Bengali shows etc are in some ways better than Hindi ones. In Mounaraagam for example, the FL is actively taking revenge from her father and brother for her torture. If it were in Hindi, she would have long forgiven them for her mahaanta. More than 1000 episodes and the leads haven’t divorced yet. In Pattharamattu, the FL openly states her thoughts, like the Bengali version, but the Hindi FL was tame and they butchered the story because the fight for TRP is so bad. Southern shows drag a lot but because they don’t chase TRP so much like Hindi, they are able to complete a track before jumping to something new. Due to TRP crap, they destroyed Yrkkh, TMD, Ghkkpm etc. Their pace is weird. Which show was Konlangal in Hindi?

Hindi version was same as Malayalam but they had only 50-70 episodes, so it was just the torture of Kalyani and beginning of the love story before it ended. Star Bharat rarely had TRP. Pandya store also didn’t get trp on it but it was successful on SP. SP needs to end yrkkh and msbd and bring on new shows. How many reiterations of sisters fighting for same man and Imlie can we watch?! Ghkkpm is a scene to scene copy of their own show 😂😂😂 it’s not even stolen from a different language. They literally just asked the actors to watch YHM and copy it.

EBSS was actually good - Bhabhi’s character had a very good reason for revenge. She should have succeeded. They had to make it a love story - it made sense because even I watch shows for romance. If they had shown a better actor as Shrenu’s husband, they could have avoided that weirdness. Here, Devika is just shallow and vapid.
I’m waiting for romance between Teerth and Suman. I need some nice scenes before it all erupts.
