I think Krishna supply drugs...dis drug's is used in medicine..which is used by either..suhani or..somya...n leads to complication..|n pregnancy..may dc say due to dis medicines..baby dies...n Krishna feels very guilty...n police also arrest Krishna...so may somya gives her kids to suhani
