i really have the applaud the bravery of the witers who come up cockmami bullshit, and have the guts to put total rubbish on TV in the name of story track. i mean REALY!!!!!!!???????
surrogacy is a legal medical procudure and contract between two parties one being a couple and the other being an adult female who knowingly lends her body as a vessel to carry a fetus for 9 months and deliver the child healthy. in exchange for a hefty sum of money. the surrogate has no rights on the child nor on the father of the child.
if barbie signed a contract she has no rights of abort the child no matter the circumstances, and demanding marriage is a violation of the contract. yuvraj should have simply taken her to court. and the court would force barbie to have the child and hand it over to yuvraj and his family
the really the serial makers have no sense of social responsibility what so very. being a surrogate is a noble act of service. that gives a couple who have difficulty in conceiving a child a chance to be parents. ordinary people who would wont to go into such a procedure would get the wrong message the a husband could be forced into marriage with the surrogate just because she claims to carry his child
besides rags nobody not yuvraj, suhani's parents and sister questions barbies sudden change of heart or doubt her motives.
didn't anyone find the whole thing rather fishy. one moment a level headed suhani starts acting up. is demands and is eager to meet with yuvraj. but she doesn't show up after her telling him on the phone that she was in the area. he finds her phone but she is not around. then she suddenly falls of a clip. did she jump? was he pushed? nobody cares not her husband not her parents.
now he is forced to marry the surrogated within a week of suhani's disappearance. the whole thing doesn't make sense and all the audience can say how stupid the writers are to come up with total bulshit in the name of entertainment.
really most senseless and disgusting.
i really hope the bring suhani back pronto. and with suhani alive and well yuvraj marriage with barbi is null and void. and that murderess has no claim over yuvraj.
