What are everyone's expectations from Yuvraj? So far we've had strong hints that he actually loves Suhani, but two things make me wonder where this is going. One is that in spite of the excellent drunk scenes and that glimpse during the Laal ishq one, neither his behaviour nor his attitude show "in love" love. The second is his ego where Suhani is concerned. He has STILL not felt the least regret at what he said to her at the contest--he seems to think he was justified. How can you love someone and ignore their pain? I keep feeling he sees her as lesser, that he resists any idea of love because she's a credit to him as a friend, even as his wife, but not as a lover. By which I mean he's okay acknowledging her as his wife in the sense of her wifely attributes, but only that.
What's this--he thinks of her, but those flashbacks have what meaning to him? He misses his buddy? Because none of the incidents seem to show HIS affection, only hers. I suppose it's too early, but I'd have liked way more burning and yearning. If he's supposed to be hiding his true feelings, he's doing a very good job. Like, he runs like a desperate man to stop snaky leaving, but what did he actually say? Again, he doesn't know. He strongly feels Suhani can't do wrong, so IF it's a MU, he'll do his best to clear it. But what if Suhani HAD sent those papers? Would he be too proud then to make any effort? How does he fail to credit what his beloved dadi has put her through, or what he's put her through? And though I know it's just a serial, unless certain matters are resolved, he shouldn't even think of asking her to return. And certainly not if he can't admit why.
