Today's episode was a semi-filler one. Of course, the episode was paced in such a way that it led to Suhani seeing video evidence of Somu's nefarious plans.
FOTY is successful while Suhani stews: The episode started off with the FOTY event ending and the press pouncing on the Face of the Year (FOTY) Somu for questions. They ask Yuvraj if this year's model is also his choice like every time. Yuvraj looks uncomfortable while Dadi butts in and says that they already had the most beautiful face at home, so why look outside? 🥱 A mini-scene follows where Menka irritates Rags by asking her why Dadi chose her when Rags, an ex-model was available. Rags angrily makes up an excuse. Menka, good work! 👍🏼 Keep at it.
Meanwhile, Prats tells Suhani to go and speak to Yuvraj, but I was surprised to see that she went up to Somu instead. 😆 Lol, I guess she thinks Somu is her husband. 😉 She talks to Yuvraj and he asks her to go home and wait for him. Suhani asks him why he is not coming and Yuvraj tells her that Dadi has asked him to stay. 🤢 Suhani is discomfited and looks like the pressure is getting to her. She observes that Yuvi and Somu, BOTH have grease on their hands. 😲 The same grease that the repairman told her was on the STOP button. Suhani is agitated and wonders why both of them have grease on their hands. However, she tells herself to stop doubting them and not let such thoughts enter her head.
Sharad and Suhani bond while discussing the picnic video: Suhani comes home to see Sharad welcoming her. Ragini arrives and tells Suhani that Yuvraj will be late because HE wants to buy Somu a gift. 😡 Liar. It was Dadi who said that and Yuvraj reluctantly agrees, thinking about how he wanted to go home early and surprise Suhani. Suhani's face falls, hearing Rags' comments while Sharad tries to cheer her up. Suhani tells him she knows about Yuvraj's surprise and Sharad plays the part of the bummed out partner.😆 He says that why did Guru involve him if he had to tell Suhani about it. He cheers Suhani up by telling her that the picnic video is here and they should watch it together. 😊 Love the SuRad bond. Outside, RagMen greet SoDa and Yuvraj. Soumya talks about the payal she didn't buy and says to Yuvraj, 'You didn't tell me what I should buy'. Yuvraj says that he doesn't wear payals, so how would he know. At that, Menka laughs and says that imagining Yuvraj in a payal made her break out in laughter. 😆😆 Gosh, I love the way her mind works. 😉
Just as SuRad are settling in to watch it, Suhani hears Yuvraj's voice and jumps up like a kid who thinks a big jar of candy is on its way. She loves him so much. 😭 However, Suhani goes out to see Yuvraj and Soumya laughing their heads off about Menka saying, "How could an intelligent girl like me get married into a family where no one is at my level?". Well, Menka, you're kind of right about that. All these people will regret not listening to you. 😉
Suhani is disturbed seeing SnakeRaj laughing away just hours after the lift fiasco, and is about to go ask Yuvraj about it, when a hand pulls her back. It's none other than Sharad! 😲
Suhani sees video evidence of Somu's deathtrap: Sharad tells her that she needs to URGENTLY see the picnic video and pulls her away despite her protests. He makes her sit in the balcony and plays the video. Suhani asks him why he looks so angry and Sharad says that she will know the reason soon. 😲 How ominous. Suhani starts watching the clip happily, but her face soon turns agog when the video turns to a clip of Ramesh expressly telling Somu that the jungle has swamps in it and it is dangerous to go there. Suhani is astounded to see this, as she recalls Somu telling her that Yuvi went towards the jungle and later confessing that she would never have sent Suhani to the swamp, had she known. Suhani stands up in shock and tears start leaking out of her eyes, as she shakes her head in denial, "No, this can't be!". 😭😭😭 Guys, you have to watch this scene to feel the tragedy of her breakdown. Sharad tells her that Somu sent her there on purpose and this if proof of it. Suhani says that Somu herself saved her but Sharad counters her by saying that it was because she wanted to become her saviour in front of everyone, especially Yuvraj. 😡
Suhani's eyes are leaking tears like she won't ever stop crying and she begins chanting ,"No, this is not possible. Somu is my best friend. She would never want to harm her". She was hiccuping and sobbing. 😔 It really broke my heart. 💔Sharad explains to her that things aren't the same anymore and Somu has changed: her life circumstances and seeing YuvAni together have changed her. 😕
Suhani says to Sharad that he can't see Yuvraj's faults because he's his friend, but Sharad is not aware of EVERYTHING that is happening. 😲 I'm glad she brought this up, because it showed that she is noticing all the signs around her and is holding people accountable. Sharad looks shocked, because obviously, he doesn't want her to know Guru's whole truth.
The precap was stupid. May I please understand why Suhani has joined Sharad in this hide-and-seek operation? 😡 Why not just tell Yuvraj the truth and expose Baby Snake?
