Snaky's Yuvraj

My 2-bit contribution to increasing forum rank.

This is not with reference to sonarikafan's dream come true, but about what snaky's behaviour did to yuvraj. Again, I have not seen any of the one-sided yuvraj-snaky romance, so please excuse anything I've got factually wrong. I have, however, read most of the WUs.

Yuvraj seemed like a normal guy when he fell for snaky--for her looks, his imagined dream girl, a natural occurrence for a guy who's ready for love. So what happened to him after snaky's machinations that resulted not only in his realizing that she not only didn't love him, but was actively responsible for his ending up in a position where he (thought) he had no choice but to marry someone he didn't like much and whom he felt was also responsible for cheating/forcing him? To use a phrase, the iron entered his soul--he reacted by withdrawing emotionally so much that he refuses to consider that the girl he now DOES like and trust may actually be worth his love. He gets drawn to Suhani and then moves away. He also is burdened by the conditioning that beauty is the prime attribute of a person, and he refuses to see Suhani from any eyes but his wretched gran's, so he refuses to acknowledge any attraction.

This may also account for the ambiguity in his interactions with Snaky. While I don't think he loves snaky anymore, maybe he fears he may again fall for her and equally fears the pain/hurt/loss of pride that must have followed the first betrayal. therefore he pushes her away when she is pursuing him, but is happy enough to accept her offer of just friendship--her 'love' talk scares him, so he rather have the less threatening 'friendship. (So he's a fool, but just trying to make sense of the guy.)

I think yuvraj is over concered for soumya.He didnt do half of its care for suhani.How can he forget all those done by soumaya if he really cares for her.He is a confused guy and making viewers also confused by his wiered expressions

He seems to be more in love with her now than he was back than. I think that's coz sahil was really bad/pathetic in the beginning of the show in romantic scenes. He had this stupid look on his face back than whenever he was supposed to be love. I would never forget the 1st vm I ever did on yuvani I used 1 of the scenes where he was supposed to be madly in love with her and uff his expressions where bad I had to edit and edit his expressions out to get a proper look from him. Bt I will be back later to comment properly

i hope he is fearing that he will again fall in love with soumya. i wish thats the case.
in most serials, we see the first love is totally forgotten. they like to call it infatuation. but even if its infatuation, i dont think its that easy to forget about someone, you once cared about so much and actually wanted to marry her. i have no idea how yuvraj is completely unaffected by soumya. hoe he completely destroyed those feelings for his first love and once his dream girl.

He was a normal guy who was wooing his lady love when he was pursuing Soumya. Of course, he was a jerk, but he displayed capacity for romance and tenderness with Soumya. Ever since marrying Suhani, that side of him has just disappeared. 😕 His thinking that Suhani is beneath him, that he can never fall for a dark girl, the forced marriage have combined to make sure that he has erected an emotional wall.

I remember that one scene where he's telling Soumya he loves her and says, "Soumya, I love you. Tumhare chehre par ek smile dekhne ke liye main kuch bhi kar sakta hoon." 😲😲 I remember the desperation in his voice. I wanna see that kind of desperation and craze for Suhani. With Suhani, he's mostly in zombie mode. He has this mental block where he has decided that he can NEVER love Suhani. The mind is a powerful thing, so unless Yuvraj is released from its restraints, he can never realise he loves Suhani.
