To be frank Appu, I haven't watched the show since last week (just after Suhani found out where Souyma had disappeared too). I didn't even bother watching her bringing her home. It was pathetic, she wasn't even gone for a whole episode🤢. It just kind of turned me off and I haven't been able to get back in the mood to watch it. After reading your take on today's episode it seems to me that the CVs are determined to prolong this bs. I'm feed of Yuvraj's attitude🤢. I feed up of Souyma's plotting and planning to back stab her best friend but most of all I'm feed up of Suhani not being able to figure out what Souyma is up too... How much longer do we viewers have to wait? Where getting the same bs day in and day out, just in a different colour wrapper each day. Truly feed up!

Well, thanks for reading, Parm! 😃 They really regressed both YuvAni's characters today and turned a serious issue into a charade. I was just horrified by Suhani's reaction to it and how Yuvraj's anger made him blind to his wife's pain.

Well, no wonder we see the behaviour we see from him. However, they way he treated her yesterday, I would not even treat a stranger like that. 😡 If he's not even in the process of falling in love with her yet, why are we watching the show??

I was getting irritated while reading on the characters and you watched it and then wrote about it for ppl like us who do not watch the show but just follow written updates. Thank you so much.

Every character is some what consistent in SSEL...

Suhani - with her innocence cum ignorance cum stupidity

Pratima - morally upright

Sharad - 👍🏼 Well sketched character in SSEL for me - a person with sense and conscious and upright like Pratima

Anuj - youngest and irresponsible

Saurabh - Eldest and still appears carefree...not a strong person being the eldest

Soumya - I, Me, Myself

Dadi - All that glitters is gold attitude and all that's fair is as pure as milk...🤢

RagMen - One is cunning and smart and other is plain stupid

Yuvraj - the only character who is consistently inconsistent - what exactly are CV's trying to do with him...I have no idea. One day they show his human side - which is sweet and lovable and the next instant we are shown a shown confused soul who is totally lost - god knows where!!

Like I always say...SSEl characters lack depth...writers need to work on it. They need to straighten Yuvraj's and Suhani's character first.

I agree with you, Eli! The characters need to be given more depth, especially Yuvraj. With Yuvraj I feel that the writers keep doing the 1-2 step. As you said, some days, he stands up for Suhani and treats her well, other days- he treats her like a nobody when she pisses him off. Also, him being FURIOUS at Suhani for the picnic is understandable but he took it too far. He knows she doesn't know the truth about Soumya, so why does she presume that she will know the difference between her and Sharad?

He is treating her like a child. He wants her to trust him with her eyes closed, but he's not giving her any reasons to do so. His first response being anger is fine, however, why is it that he was not at all angry with Soumya for spilling the beans to everyone? 😲 He should have forgiven her later for not listening to him, because he understands that Soumya manipulated an oblivious Suhani.
