Sure he's falling for her...and the best part is he's isn't even aware of it completely. He somehow convinces himself that she is a good girl and deserves happiness and he's just doing his duty...that's all.

The first realisation was during Diwali card's party...after lie detector incident. While dropping Soumya off...he was thinking of the incident and was convincing himself hard...and said why is his heart not believing what his mind says. And the second time we audience witnessed his growing attachment was when Suhani was at her mother's place after the medicine fiasco...he calls her up and Suhani goes on talking non-stop and he smiles looking at the phone. He was infact missing her presence in his room and in his life. Wish he listens to Sharad...and ofcourse us. Over months he's seeing the Suhani as a person and understanding her...this shows that their relationship is growing. He now looks at her for what is she as a person and not just her face and color. He's admiring the person behind the face...her heart and soul. He's falling for skin deep beauty and just mere skin. And that's where Suhani stands apart from all for him.

Well, that's Yuvraj...some major twist should happen to make him realise this and for that we have the dracula Soumya there.
