What hold does Dadi have over everyone??

Truly, what hold does Dadi have over everyone in that household? Is it just because she's the eldest? Do the people in this house not realize she's a first class b****?? How can the boys in that family allow their own mom to be talked down to so often by their grandmom? Do the "respect" their Dadi so much that they can't even stand up for their own mom? I find that Sharad is a better "son" to her than her own 3 boys. Even Yuvraj who professes to love his own mom doesn't see the way his Dadi treats his mom then how come he's been able to stand up for Suhani those handful of times in the beginning of the show.


Why do all her grandsons seem to love and respect her so much? I'm trying to figure out what hold that she devil has over everyone. Is it because she lets them do whatever they want? If I recall correctly, wasn't she about to say to Pratima that she should have kicked her out at the same time she kicked out her son (before Sharad stopped her and took the blame on himself)? I wonder what her son did? Perhaps he dared to disobey her...

No clue. She's like no Dadi I have ever come across! Evil women.😡 But I guess we can't expect much from her. Looks like she kicked her own son out of the house, treats her DIL like crap in front of her own boys and they do nothing. So why would anyone say anything to her about what she's doing now?

she is horrible the way she treats Pratima it is terrible, I hope if Suhani leaves she tells the dadi some home truths and the other 2 rags and the other annoying girl need to be kicked out of the house

Lovely post I dnt get what it is about her that the 3 boys actually like, they truly adore and worship her its mindbloggingly. And if u think about it her fav is Yuvraj she never does anything for saurabh and anuj but still they like her and shouldn't this have caused them to dislike her and yuvraj? She thinks out of them all that yuvraj has the most potential and she would hand everything over to him even though suarabh is the oldest and yuvraj is kind of dark(lol I am starting to think like her like really I saw this topic on the bollywood forum where priyanka said ppl should say that she looked like kajol and I was like lies its not coz u looked like her its coz u dusky lol this is the dadi ka side effect lol shameful thoughts). They all know that her behavior is pathetic but they never stand up its so bloody infuriating seeing grown men act like this anuj is ok coz he is a baby bt the other 2 are pathetic. And did she say that she should have kicked her our the day she kicked out her son? So does that mean yuvraj's dad is alive? I thought she meant the day her son died. But it would be amazing if her son was really alive and later on suhani meets him and he develops a soft spot for her. Really I got to say that this show has a lot of potential if only they would kill of souyma. But back to your topic I think the 1 scene that stands out for me was that once when suhani did something wrong and the old hag was scolding prats coz of her she stood up to her and told her not to tell her ma anything that yuvraj was extremely happy with suhani for doing that.( Really where is that suhani I really liked her than she was so strong). But there is definitely something more to these low class birlas lots of secrets Yuvraj when anything ever happens seems to hate confrontations and chaos in the family shows something bad might have happened in his childhood. But out of all the brothers he is the most stupid even saurabh and anuj realize that their wifes are evil and knows who is good and bad and he cnt differentiate btw good or bad useless boy. I remember in of the earlier episode that I think it was saurabh said that why should he do anything when yuvraj would be ruling. I think we gona eventually have a split in this family where they gona be fighting for power.

I think Pratima has been hiding a lot of some horrible secrets of Dadi's from her 3 sons ...Dadi probably threatened her to or she would be kicked out and Dadi would keep her 3 sons...Pratima always looks under pressure and she's treated like dirt...Dadi has a lot of skeletons in the closet as they say

Dadi has the money power so guess all are loving her.

The old bat needs a good yelling.
