I think maybe we shud have a vote to see if ppl want a new one. I realli dont want to ruin ur hard work but i have noticed that when a site changes then sometimes it becomes werid. fOR example indiafm. I realli liked indiafm but ever since it changed i dont relly enjoy it. So i dont know its up to u 😃

I was eagerly waiting for the new version but it seems like it is taking too
long. I was excited when you said that it has been tested with Safari. I
come on IF daily eagerly hoping that it is going to work with my browsr
today but have been very disappointed.
I understand the importance of testing the new format completely before
launching. So, I just have a request - if it is going to be a while for the
new format to roll out can somebody please look into the "safari browser'
problem? If it is a minor glitch can it be fixed? i am sure you can find an
iMac and see what the problem is. and I know I am not the only one who
has this issue. Its been very frustrating to come on IF since I bought this
new iMac.

Im sorry, I dont really like the new search function. I know its using Google, but if Im looking for a particular ff update, its really not easy to find, especially if Im searching by author.

I tried searching by her ID, and the whole KS topic pulled up, but i want that specific post, like it was previously.

I prefer the old search function- by topic, keyword, or author and then have the listing by the posts of a particular section of the forum.

The google one is just making it harder to search.

I have the same problem with Safari on my iMac. I use firefox now and it works fine.

BTW: I have an iPhone which can only use safari, I disabled the javascript and now it works fine. Please try it...It disables the video ads etc.

Sheena, FYI I just disabled the javascript as you suggested and the IF works
just fine.
Will disabling Javascript cause problems in any other areas?

I think most of the stuff works well...but I haven't tested it thoroughly to say one way or the other. Download Firefox, everything works well...

I just figured out that without javscript my AOL, my e-mail does not
work! But I just keep enabling and disabling javascript for now. I will try
Firefox.
