Helpdesk - A Suggestion!!!!!

I think that the helpdesk is a very nice idea 👏... Just one suggestion, if you cud create a whole new section in which the topics have been sorted just by the subject line, posted by, date, replies etc. (like the main page which is displayed on the click of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa)... This cud be really helpful in the case where 2 many questions get posted in the helpdesk...

For instance, I sent a message since I wanted some video and hoping someone could help me get it... No one has been able to help me with it till now, but if I again wanna check if sum1 gives the link after abt 10-15 days, it wud be difficult for me to find my post in the large number of pages (for that matter, sum1 who gets the link after 10-15 days would also be confused in looking for the person and his/her post after such a long time)...

So if u cud do something like the look that this section (Suggestions/Comments) has, then it wud be easier for ppl to find the posts if they wanna view them at a much later point of time...
