Since she is able to login with her password. it’s simple … she can edit the email to an active one.

And she will get a verification link on the new mail.

No the verification is before the login not after. She's not able to login, that's the problem.

But i will ask her to try again.

well in that screen where it prompts for verification. One can update the email.

Nope. It’s coming when I go to Settings > Update Profile. That page doesn’t open at all and this error shows up.
