I've read somewhere that the only way to get rid of all your posts is to PM a Global Moderator...but I cannot find any, unlike the old I-F where all member names of the DT were on the homepage.

1) Hide post is only available for closed threads. And its available for both self made thread and threads made by others.

2) No. None of your posts will be removed/deleted if you hibernate your account. Only the posts you have hidden will be unavailable.

From what I saw, when a persons account is in hibernation all their posts get hidden

I may be wrong then but from what I was aware their posts aren't deleted so that its not a inconvenience to others. I am not entirely sure about it.

The posts are hidden of an account which is in hibernation until the account becomes active again

hi guys, does anyone know how we can use gifs instead of DP photo bc bc before the site revamp we had that option & do we have that option still there by any chance?

No, we don't have that option now...but u can use gif's from pinterest or tenor, etc...
